My first initial call was with Lynne, who explained the entire process to me. She was super informative and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical but when Lynne told me it was cheaper than the one day remodel I was planning to do and they refinish laminate countertops (which is what we have in our bathroom) I figured it wouldn't hurt to get the free estimate. I mean, I wasn't gonna get a new countertop with the one day remodel. Tom came for the estimate and showed us the colors. At the time, we were definitely doing the shower and maybe thinking to do the countertop but once we saw the colors - we decided to do both for sure! Getting BOTH of those things done is HALF the cost of doing one of those one day shower remodels. And because we had money left over, we decided to add paint and a new shower door into the mix for a "no demo" bathroom reno! From there, the process was easy. I called the office to follow up with questions a few times and Sarah was so helpful and friendly - and then when Tad came out to do the job he was so professional, friendly, respectful of our house. Most of all his craftsmanship was excellent! He was clean an efficient, like he didn't leave a mess AT ALL. He left our upstairs exatly the way he found it. Thank you, Tad! I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bottom line is, ff you want basically a new bathroom for half the cost of what it would take to do a full on remodel, you gotta call Miracle Method of Boulder. Project was going off without a hitch when in the last room, one of their machines had a problem. This was unforeseeable and could happen to anyone of us. This malfunction caused a slight unevenness in the sanding of the floor. Cristiano, the owner, came to look at it and without hesitation, owned up to this and stated that this would be immediately fixed, which it was. The entire floor was re-sanded, sealed and 3 coats of poly were then applied. The job looks great and I award these guys five stars for the outcome of the project, their professionalism for matching the color of new floor to the preexisting floor and huge kudos for their integrity and honesty.
