Only took about 2 hours. The price was fairly reasonable and the quality is wonderful. We love our "new" chair. It did take them a little longer than we expected and hoped -- a full 3+ months, but that includes the Xmas holidays too, so . . . . Now we have the "new" chair back in our living room and it looks perfect, like it has been there for a while. They're easy to deal with, flexible, and very knowledgeable.

It is an extraction unit (I think that is what they are called) and he started cleaning the rooms and areas that were in the bid. He did the stairs and when there was a stain he didn't gloss over it but aggressively went after it to get the carpet as clean as possible. This is a hard working man who puts his all into the job to make sure I was happy. He kept asking me to look at the areas that needed the most work as well as each room. Richard runs the place now and he is an affable enough guy. I brought my motorcycle seat in because of tears in the original vinyl. Showed me my options and quoted a fair price. When I managed to get the repair (a table refinish) on their calendar, it took them three tries to pick up the table because they just kept canceling at the last minute. Took them three more tries to return it, and the varnish has a bubble in it, as you can see in the attached image. I left them what I thought was a charitable 3 star review, and they contacted me and threatened to publicly accuse me of a crime if I didn't take the review down. So now it's a 1 star review. Bad, bad, bad. Avoid.
