I called Stephens at 8am and spoke with TERESA who was super helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. Absolutely great personality and totally cusomer oriented. She went the extra mile for me and she was able to secure a Stephens tech for us by 10am, same day! Joe D. was sent out and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Our sump pump was DOA and that was what was causing the problem. He was able to install two new pumps for us in a short time and at a very reasonable price. Joe also took the time to make sure we understood everything that was taking place, and explains things to you so you totally understand what happened and why. Joe D. is a patient and very knowlegeable plumber and I highly recommend Joe and Stephens to everyone. And of course, I hope TERESA ane JOE getrecognized also for outstanding customer service.

Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. Jesse's attention to detail was outstanding throughout. I'll be calling him for any future work at the house.

I obtained an estimate from Gary after sending some photos of my job, and the final invoice was right in line with that initial estimate. I was able to get the work scheduled in a couple days, and the communication was great. I got text message alerts of arrival time window, and who would be coming. Once the Andrew and Gustavo arrived at my house on the day of the job, they were friendly and went right to work. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. The entire job took a little under three hours, and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. All the work was explained to me. They truly live up to their namesake, Plumbing Pros!

I do not recommend hiring Vincent Exteriors for siding replacement. I contracted them to replace…read morethe siding on my house, and the workmanship was completely unacceptable. The final result appears rushed and unprofessional, with cracked siding, unsealed edges, cracks in my interior house walls and noticeable gaps around the doors. I have attached photos to clearly show these issues. When I first met with Vincent Exteriors, the contractor did not explain the vinyl siding material or warn me about its tendency to crack and break easily. It seemed his main focus was securing payment from the insurance company rather than ensuring quality or durability. In addition to the poor installation quality, their communication and customer service were disappointing. When I raised these concerns, my calls were poorly handled. Today, I called again to request repairs, but he refused to send anyone to fix the issues, claiming the work was not under warranty and that I should find another contractor for repairs. Overall, my experience with Vincent Exteriors was very disappointing, and I would advise others to consider alternative contractors for siding projects.

I'm just fully and utterly disappointed. This review is coming months after my project was…read more"finished" because I don't believe in reacting in anger. But I can't sit in my tub or stand in my bathroom without seeing the mess that I paid good money for. This company is called top notch and yet I received some bottom rung remodeling work. Michael was referred to me by a friend who had his company do work in her house. She assured me that he and his team were the best in the business when it comes to tile work and remodeling. But it has become clear to me that I was sent the B team on my project. I'm sure in their world my $20,000 project wasn't worth the time because someone was probably spending more than that, so their efforts went there. Let's start by the false promises made. I hired Michael in September of 2022. Michael told me that they couldn't start my project until March of 2023. I immediately said, no I can't wait that long because another clown of a contractor already messed up and my bathroom was in ruins. To get my money, Michael promised he could move things around and start in Jan/Feb. I really wanted to work with him based on the recommendation so I agreed. The project was started on March 13th, so I ended up waiting anyway. The 2 workers in my house that did everything, tile, electric, plumbing, painting, etc were very nice but clearly are handymen and not professionals in any of those specific fields. Every single fixture in my bathroom has leaked since completion of the project - sink which ruined the vanity and they had to replace it, toilet the first time I used it, drain under the tub which leaked into my living room ceiling and ruined it, and the shower door that leaks out water every time I open it. You might be thinking, oh, that's the door that's a problem, but it's not. The curb from the shower is angled out so the water pools at the door and then floods out when I open it. The leaks were seemingly fixed but Michael didn't even address the improperly angled curb. He ignored it which means I just have to live with it I guess. The tile work is incredibly sloppy, with black grout from the floor smeared up the sides of the walls. The ceiling and wall drywall are messy and have cracks and lines in them. I'm basically waiting for the next thing to fail. My living room ceiling that was ruined from the tub leak was patched horribly. The workers also wanted to just paint the patch they made. I had to force them to paint the whole ceiling to make it look somewhat presentable. And, before they even fixed the ceiling they tried convincing me that the leak was from something else (my chimney, a tree root?, me being too rough in my tub and breaking its seal with Michael throwing in a dirty and inappropriate sex joke). Michael had the nerve to ask me to book another bathroom remodel with me in tears while his crew was tearing apart my living room. Michael is a schmoozer. He talks and smiles and pretends to care. I never was fooled by him but I let him make his over the top gestures all the while thinking, who cares, if he does the job right? But the job wasn't done right. And to top it off, he got into a screaming match with my friend who stood up for me and called him out on his BS. Instead of profusely apologizing to me for what he put me through, I haven't heard from Michael since. Think long and hard before spending thousands of dollars with this company. My bathroom is beautiful, thanks to my design, but it is tainted every time I see their shoddy work.
