I had a terrific doctor who did my intake and worked directly with me over my time there, which I really appreciated, as opposed to some places that have you working with an assistant. Another thing I appreciated was that my doctor did not multi-task or split time with other patients (for those who are looking at this and other practices to decide on a place for treatment, I strongly suggest you ask if the providers split their time during your 45 minute block of time - imo they 100% should not be. I will say the type of treatment and overall approach was very similar to other places I've been, and when I asked about some of the treatments they advertised on their web site I was informed they all cost extra. The Hopkinton facility was very clean and not overly crowded, but it's very much like your typical PT room with several tables and other equipment all in one big space shared by all patients.

Anyone…read moreconsidering this clinic should ask themselves if they would want to be charged a cancellation fee for attending a funeral. Months after my last appointment, I was charged nearly $300 in "cancellation" fees on my credit card. One cancellation occurred when I had to travel for a funeral (which the clinic was aware of), and the other two I have no record of, including one dated more than a month after my final appointment. The invoices were apparently emailed months later and went to my spam folder. At no point did anyone from the clinic attempt to contact me directly before charging my card. After noticing the charge, I emailed the clinic requesting documentation and an explanation, but never received a response. Charging a patient months later without clear communication, and then ignoring follow-up inquiries, reflects very poor customer service and billing transparency.

Everything from the front desk, to the aides that help get you started with warm up's, to the therapists were amazing. The depth of knowledge my therapist had was impressive. She fully explained all the home exercises I needed to do. When my therapist was on vacation she made sure I would be with someone that understood what I needed. Since their documentation is all electronic, the substitute was easily able to see exactly what I had been doing and what new things to add to my routine. Would never go anywhere else!

The class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 A.M for one hour. The exercises range from moderate to somewhat challenging. The sessions cost $5.00 each ( first session free!).
