HEARTLESS PIGS! Dave is a direct and a real genuine human in an undisguised mechanic body that will give your auto 'buddy' the right touch so that it's back on the road taking you from A to Z without having to worry, "Did they use the right oil, or was it Canola? Dang it! OMG, people without a vehicle at the moment do not know how lucky they are that the only thing they have to worry about is their presto card refills!!!" Like really people, we go through too much already to have to even fight this kind of battle!! You call this place up, already booking some days is quite tedious as their shop is humbly set up, enough for only a few vehicles at a time and the work is tediously done without the acquisitive approach on giving quotes on excess work you don't need at the moment. Honest and hard working, the place where our gas guzzlers get pampered in the hands of sincere mechanics. This place is not only close to home, but definitely close to my wallet when it comes to a quick oil change, maintenance all year round and expert advise on how to care for your lover on wheels.

Without an appointment he lifted my car to take a look at what was wrong and proceeded to show me, in detail (and plain english) what was wrong with my brakes, exhaust etc. I knew I needed brake and exhaust work, and all other mechanics I visited gave me a rough estimate without explaining how, why or what specific work was required. Dave was happy to have me watch as he inspected my car, and then gave me a very fair estimate. When I picked up my car the next day, the final bill was actually less than he estimated, plus he changed the air filter (something he noticed that needed to be done while he was working on the car) Definitely a positive experience with a trustworthy mechanic in Toronto. Not the closest most convenient location to me (I live downtown), but just north of Finch Subway station (either walk or bus). I'll definitely be seeing Dave again next time my car has any trouble, and will be recommending him to family and friends.

I had an ongoing slow leak which dealership tried to fix on more than one occasion. They recommended 4 new tires this time. In shopping around for tires, it was recommended that I go to Tire Depot on Doncaster in Thornhill. Safi said that he would make an attempt to patch the tire and then do a tire rotation. No guarantees but he suggested that it would be successful. Fast forward to December 13, 2025, the front bumper needed a clip. I did not hesitate to bring my car to Safi at Tire Depot. I was there for about 1 hour (no appointment). He replaced the clip in the front bumper and checked my tires to make sure they were okay. There was no leak. When it was completed, the surprise was "no charge for the clip and checking my tires". Thank you Safi and your team. Amazing customer service coupled with exceptional skill and knowledge. At my first eye sight this auto shop has big area that 4-5 car easily can be serviced at the same time. 2 built in lifts and some space for verious job. All galleria staff are nice and very knowledgeable for any car issue. And most of all the owner is honest and trustable. I asked for a quote for oil change and braker fluid and for sure I know the oil change is better than getting it at my dealership already. I'll definitely recommend and will likely return for my next scheduled service. Harry, who's the owner, was personable and I noticed a steady stream of customers and calls during my time there so definitely call in and make an appointment as there's no scheduling online.
