I waited for my turn and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. Being as busy as they are, the gentleman took the time to explain the different tires and the quoted prices. There was no pressure to buy on the spot. Their prices are very fair. Unfortunately they were not able to accommodate an installation date til much later than I prefer so I booked my installation elsewhere. But I would definitely be back as their tire storage program is very competitively priced.

The place is clean and organized in appearance plus the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable with what ever question you throw at them. I explained my problem and Steve (Manager) said his next available opening was on Thursday June 30th at 2pm. I got there just before 2 and my appointment started on time. When my car was lifted up I asked if i could come under the car and see what the problem was. Steve was more than happy to explain to me where the noise was coming from and 2 different options that he suggested. My manifold needed to be replaced so he explained that it would be replaced and welded back on. During my oil change I noted to him that my high beam light stayed on even when my high beams were not on. He took a look for me and noticed that the plug was melting and said it could start a fire. I then asked if it could be replaced that day as well. He ordered the part for me from whitby and it was there and fixed within 20 minutes. My entire appointment for a manifold replacement, oil change and last minute light fix was just over an hour. I am more than pleased with the fantastic customer service from all the guys that work there! Great prices, great staff and exceptional service. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
