I contacted the store on a Tuesday, brought in the wine glasses on Wednesday and they were ready by Thursday! Mind you Christmas was on Monday and they're closed on the weekends so it was crunch time.. Thank you for helping me in time of need! Brentton was very accommodating and responsive, making sure the gift came out perfect. Unfortunately, they did not sell the stemless wine glasses at the store so I had to buy some at Home Goods. While they were being engraved, one of the wine glasses shattered, Brentton called to let me know and replaced it free of charge! Word of advice for wine glasses, make sure they are fairly thick in glass to avoid this issue.. My best friend loved her gift! Shout out to all my Grey's Anatomy fans!!! Please stop by this shop for all your engraving needs!
