The business has been open against wa state mandate due to covid. I'm an avid gym goer and decided…read moreto give them a shot during this tough time. Bought a month pass on Groupon. Went in to join and was turned away after being told the Groupon wasn't being accepted. When I asked why the employee Damon P told me, "I should have called before buying it because they didn't post it, Groupon did." Showing my frustration I asked why is it even up... "well we need more people," Damon responds. A significant contradiction. I get how businesses are struggling. I just don't like being manipulated into coming in, and then being told it's my fault cause I didn't, "double check with the business," and then basically get told, "we didn't do it, but we did cause we needed you to come in." First time I've ever complained about a gym like this.

This is a great place to get your basics-cardio and weights. I did one session of personal training…read moreand it helped me get a strong foundation I still use today. The weight side has all you would expect plus a couple different kinds of cages which provide different exercises. There are plenty of different types of cardio machines and an area to do sit ups, box jumps, etc. I've been coming here for 6 years and the staff has always been amazing. I take advantage of the CHEAP kids room for both my kids when I'm working out. The kids room attendants are always interactive and keep the kids moving. Julie works in the morning and is the best. Overall, this is a very inexpensive gym that provides all the basics with the added bonus of an area for the kiddos.

The facility is clean and well maintained. 2. Sauna rooms are fully functional at all hours and appears to be clean & hygienic 3. Location is very central to Lynnwood and in a prime square with many popular restaurants around it. I have never seen any wrong sort of person ever around the gym even at 11pm in the night. I feel safe accessing the gym round the clock. 4. The self training open space is always clean and never too crowded that you would not find a spot. 5. Variety of equipment is sufficient in my opinion but then again, I do not use a lot of the equipment, so my judgement may not be accurate. 5. In general, folks using the gym are well mannered and mind their own business. I have never personally had or witnessed any conflict. Couple of things that could be better - 1. More training mats. There are a limited number of mats and sometimes hard to find and the ones they have are extremely dirty and torn. They must be replaced asap. Carry your own yoga mat if you can. 2. Lighter dumbbells and kettlebells is always hard to find. They stock very less of those. They should increase more equipment between 5lbs to 15lbs for both equipment. Overall, good place to workout with extended hours daily 5am - 11pm and even staying open on most public holidays for fairly reasonable hours. Pretty satisfied at this time with this gym.

Today I saw: - dirt and hair floating around the bottom of the pool that I saw a few days ago. - green and black scunge all over the sauna (hot tub) - a bunch of black mold/scunge on the shower. LA fitness needs to step up their cleanliness.

I was so happy when I heard a second Cut and Flow location would be opening up much closer to me…read more This one is so much more convenient and seems a bit larger. I've only made it to 2 classes so far, but I look forward to coming here for years to come. This area is full of construction so street parking is not super easy, but do look for the retail parking garage. It can be a little confusing to know where to go if you are coming here for the first time, but from the parking garage exit walk across the court yard. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly. The large entry area has plenty of lockers to secure your stuff and some seats to help you get your shoes on and off. Bathrooms have showers and space to change if you are heading here on your way to or from somewhere. I feel much less cramped in this xformer room. I've only peaked in the yoga room, but it looks quite large as well. I really like the uniqueness of xformer classes. I do have some experience with pilates, but for some reason these machines seem more enjoyable. Do be aware this is a hard workout and you will leave feeling the effects. It can be a little challenging to figure it out the first couple times, but the instructors walk around and offer support. If everything else falls just look at what your neighbor is doing. There are support sticks if you worry about your balance. Give it a try and I am sure you will feel the benefits as well.

The weather in Seattle has been absolutely beautiful lately as we head into summer…read more It was another perfect day to get in a good workout, and I had the chance to visit a lovely new facility. The Cut and Flow just opened a new location in Lynnwood. It is located on the first floor of a brand new apartment complex. Retail parking is also available inside the apartment parking garage. There are designated parking spots specifically for retail customers. A heads-up if you're visiting: the main gate from the apartment side is a bit heavy. I initially thought it was locked and only accessible to residents, so I ended up walking all the way around the building to get in. If you go, make sure to give the gate a firm push. I tried both the Pilates and yoga classes. Pilates was great, especially with brand-new reformer machines available for everyone to use for the entire session. The mirrors on the walls made it easy to follow the instructor and check my form. The yoga instructor was incredibly friendly and professional. I liked the slightly warm temperature of the room. I think it helped my body relax even better. We did a variety of stretches that felt pretty good afterwards. Also, be aware that phones are not allowed in class! I definitely needed a bit more time away from my phone. All the equipments are new and available for use unless you prefer to bring your own. The shower facilities are in excellent condition as the entire facility is brand new.
