I've had the privilege of working out with Diane Matheson and with Suzanne Wasilawski for the past five years and they are two of the best Pilates instructors I have ever experienced. They are both completely knowledgeable of body mechanics and anatomy and Classical Pilates. These two AMAZING humans have helped me in my Pilates practice and in my day to day life. Under their teaching, I have achieved better health and have been able to maintain a higher level of physical activity in day to day chores and in sports. I have not yet had the privilege of working out with Yasmine but, knowing Diane and Susanne she has to also be AMAZING to be at Studio 26 Pilates. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Stephanie and Kim are incredibly good at making you feel like you left with a full body work out that hits every muscle, I always leave their classes feeling stronger and wish I could take more of their classes but my schedule makes it hard. Ngoni exercises the mind and body, and is passionate about the art of pilates. I recommend him for more advanced classes. My instructor is Kelly and she's so careful to modify movements for me and to watch the alignment of all the students in her classes to make sure we're doing things correctly and safely. I like that the studio is a bit smaller and more intimate. And I appreciate their flexible approach to paying for classes (i.e., if you know you can't make every weekly class during a six-week period, you just let them know upfront and you only pay for the classes you'll be attending). And it's so convenient to have a pilates studio in Seattle that actually has its own parking lot! I highly recommend Pilates NW.

I am stronger, more balanced, and am more aware of checking in with myself daily to make sure I am engaging my core and watching my body position. Rachel is knowledgeable, clear in her communication, and professional. Her studio is small and she tailors the workouts to each attendee at every level which feels like private sessions. It has a minimalistic meets industrial chic ambiance. I live in Seattle but I drive all the way here to see Kim for spa services, it's totally worth it! I've tried the facial, massage, and waxing services, and can confidently recommend all of them. This is not the swanky kind of spa that charges you for the "experience." The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! The prices are more than reasonable for spa services. I have yet to try the workout classes, but looking forward to trying one soon. P.S. They are on mindbody, so you can book all the classes and services online. P.P.S. This place can be a bit hard to find on Google Maps, just look for Spud Fish & Chips.
