Elyssa is absolutely amazing and you can tell that she loves what she does. When the staff is excited about having you there, it makes the whole experience better. Booking online is easy and their site has plenty of info on the rooms including trailers and photos. We found street parking easily on a Saturday afternoon. It's really close to Monument Circle so we got there early and checked out a few things before we walked over to PanIQ. It was nice to do multiple things and be able to park and pay just once so I really liked the location. When we walked in, my attention was drawn to the PanIQ Room throne...go ahead, press the red button! The waiting area was a fun yet cozy space with some seating and games. They do provide lockers for free and they have restrooms! When our room was ready we headed to the back to start the adventure. We chose to do Perfect Crime and it was a lot of fun. If you're not sure which one to pick, just give them a call. Elyssa and the whole team are wonderful about answering questions and are happy to help you choose a room that best fits your group. Before choosing, I asked about themes, brightness, difficulty, and accessibility. In this room there are a few steps (as in stairs) that you may have to go up and down a couple times so if you struggle with stairs, just make sure you have other people in your group that you can communicate with or talk to the staff about possible weekday accommodations. I believe there are only two physical locks in this room and the rest are what we call 'magic locks' that open automatically when a puzzle is solved. I really liked the tech in this room and the way the puzzles worked. The puzzles made sense and went along with the story. The difficulty rating on their site is "expert" and we were able to make it out with only two people. They do allow unlimited hints so you could make the room as challenging or as easy as you'd like. To make the leaderboard I think you have to use three hints or less. I'm not 100% sure on the number but we weren't fast enough to make the leaderboard either way. The room is rated family friendly and it was not overly dark or scary but you definitely have to do some thinking! If you had more people in the room, it would probably get a little toasty so I would suggest dressing in layers if you are wearing a hoodie or something heavy. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back to try Insane Asylum!

If you're a parent, you understand that at this point in Winter, everyone in the house is probably going stir crazy and you need a change of scenery! It is located in a strip mall in Carmel. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. We do live on the Southside so it was a 35-40 minute drive to get here. And when you have a toddler, that could make it or break it before you even get there! But we made it thankfully. It was $16.00 per child for 2 hours and the adults were free. I do think that is a high price and was one of the reasons why I gave them 4 stars. The other reason was the drive. For us Southsiders, it is a far drive especially when you have a screaming toddler in the backseat who does not want to be strapped down any longer. They do have a lot for kids! When you walk in, there is a baby/toddler area with smaller toys. Then there is a little drawing area and off to the sides there are plenty of little rooms for different children's needs. Whether they just need a time out, there's a room for that, whether they just want to play music, there's a room for that, whether they just need a dark, quiet room due to sensory overload, yep you guessed it, there's a room for that too. We spent most of our time in the back area with the swings and large trampoline. I would definitely recommend trying this place out! We had a great time and wish we had something like this for kids on the Southside.

Thr other thing is their arcade games that come with some of the racing packages as a bonus, but they are a joke. You get $20 card but only get to play about 4 things and the quality of them is subpar. Not really a positive add on. Racing, however, was a blast.

If you want a fun activity on the Indy Northside, look no further!…read more I came here with a group of colleagues for a fun night out from the lab. It was a nice social activity that also allowed moments of quiet to focus on your piece. I find this dynamic kind of nice because I'm not one to talk endlessly even when I'm with my friends. They have tons of pieces to choose from, ranging in price and size, so you can make this activity as much as you want to get out of it. There's no studio fee, so glazes and kiln services are included with your price. They have just about all the colors of glaze, which have a display on the wall by the glaze bottles. The staff are all very friendly, Brooke and Fernando were especially attentive to us throughout the evening. They made sure to help keep our workspace tidy and helped with some glazing and artistic touches. Importantly, we never felt rushed with the process, which helped us feel like we could make something we're proud of. They also have some glass fusing stuff as well, so you can make some kinds of mosaic glass lamp shades (or at least that's what was shown throughout the space). I'm curious how that's priced, because that would be another cool outing! Pottery pieces take about a week to be fired in the kiln, so I don't have my masterpiece back yet. I'm very excited to receive it! They also provide shipping, so if you're a little further away, you can still get your piece. I'm sure I'll be back again before too long!

Renting production equipment and other event essentials through them was a seamless process; when it came time for our event, their team worked vigorously beside us the week and day of Unveiled. So I guess my first comment on the venue is that maybe they should consider doing something surrounding branding or advertising so people know it exists. But I took a chance because free Fall Out Boy and got in to the event! It was a frigid night and the line was long but the folks running line management were nice and once doors opened the line moved smoothly. They had multiple heaters set up along the way and the stanchions made sense and were easy to follow. Once inside everyone who'd been waiting line for at least an hour made a bee line to the bathroom - where we all again stood in a line but it too moved fast. It was odd as we had to cross the entire venue and it appeared as though there is just one bathroom for the place which wasn't quite big enough for a crowd that size. There were bars at the back and a VIP section I did not interact with. The show and acoustics were good for a place that's main aesthetic is empty warehouse. The lighting was actually really nice because there was nothing for it to interfere with. Fall Out Boy of course was awesome and now I can say I got to try out a new venue and see one of my all time favorite bands for free!
