Great place I've been coming here for a month. Staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely worth the $150 a month.

INFRARED SAUNA + WORKOUTS I'd never heard of HOTWORX until I…read moremoved to San Jose, but as someone who's obsessed with hot yoga, I was super curious and had to check it out. With the many health benefits of infrared saunas, the concept of combining them with fitness classes seemed like the perfect fit for me. UNIQUE STUDIO HOTWORX is a one-of-a-kind gym with multiple infrared saunas running virtual classes 24/7. A virtual instructor leads a variety of workouts, including barre, Pilates, yoga, stretching, cycling, rowing, and more. Each sauna can fit up to three people, but I've often had the sauna all to myself. The studio also has a small weightlifting area and a shower for those who need to get ready after their workout. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and inviting. AFFORDABLE MEMBERSHIP Because there are no live instructors, the membership cost is very reasonable - especially if you get someone else to join you. Just know that your first month will be the most expensive since you'll pay an enrollment fee and have to buy their sauna-specific equipment (like a yoga mat and towel). LOVE IT I've been a member for over two months now, and I'm hooked! The 24/7 class schedule makes it so easy to fit in a workout no matter how hectic my day gets. Plus, the staff is super friendly and the whole vibe of the place is just perfect. TLDR If you're curious about HOTWORX, your first class is free, so give it a try and see for yourself! It's a unique and affordable gym that offers infrared sauna workouts with a wide range of virtual classes, perfect for busy schedules. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine fitness with the benefits of infrared heat.

There is something special about members who find "collective struggling" enjoyable; it makes the gym a great place to decompress after work. I really value the mix of daily challenges and the opportunity to hit specific personal records in weightlifting and gymnastics (from my first rope climb to enjoying them and helping others). The results have been impactful for my performance outside the gym. Since training here, I have gone from the 53rd percentile to the 7th percentile in the Spartan Race series. As I approach 40, I actually feel stronger and leaner than I did before I turned 30, thanks to the solid foundation of technique and perseverance I have built here. It is a fantastic local spot if you are looking to get stronger and find a welcoming group to train with.

CrossFit Silicon Valley was welcoming, organized and provided a great workout. Warm up, strength and the WORK!!! Great amount of space, great amount of equipment and there's a parking lot. Definitely recommend for newbies or travelers. I will continue to come when I'm in town. THANK YOU CROSSFIT SILICON VALLEY!

I was tired of laying around and not being able to be physically active with my children. I joined HIIT and cardio kickboxing which got me moving and motivated, but being at hills training made me want more seeing especially seeing woman's group and how it was coached by a woman, not just any woman but the owner herself Marica Hill. Seeing how she was all about woman empowerment and all the positive coaching I knew thats where I wanted to be. I joined woman's group 4x a week and feeling the best I've ever felt. Every time I wanted to give up or said I can't Coach Marica was right there not letting me and encouraging me to be better with constant reminders of where I was and where I am today. Both my sons train with Coach Isaiah Hill, he is a firm believer of standing up for yourself and not allowing your child to be bullied. He teaches respect and discipline and encourages the children to go far in life. He's always speaking to the kids positivity and to never doubt themselves. From the beginning, the environment was welcoming and supportive. The coaches genuinely cared about my progress, taking the time to understand my goals and create a plan that worked for me. What stood out most was how encouraging everyone was, there was no judgment, just motivation!

They take the time to teach, encourage, and push the kids in a positive and supportive way..... a place where kids grow, learn, and also build character. A PT suggested I do strength training (nothing was really wrong, I was just weak), but I was worried about hurting my back further by doing things wrong. So I looked for a place with instruction and coaching, and found FIIT60. Mike has been such an incredible help! The first few months I needed a LOT of guidance and suggestions, but he was always there to correct my form an explain things clearly so I wouldn't hurt myself. Starting as a complete beginner was really daunting, but over time things became easier and I not only did I feel stronger, but my back hurt less, and I had more energy in general. I started attending more classes and after nearly a year I felt completely different from before. I'm still improving and learning because Mike knows how to increase the difficulty and make modifications for people of different skill levels. I've got long terms goals I want to hit, and I feel like I'm moving toward them! The mood in the classes is great too, in addition to the health benefits (which are many!), it's just a nice expereince and I look forward to going to class. Everyone there is really supportive and friendly, and Mike maintains an upbeat and positive environment. It's a very family friendly place too, you will spot the occasional kid chilling in the corner or even a baby in their stroller. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you're a beginner like I am then you're in good hands. And if you have more expereince, then there's plenty of room to grow here.

Workouts never feel rushed, and there's a strong emphasis on doing movements correctly and improving steadily at your own pace. I also love that people of all fitness levels are welcome here. The programming is really well thought out too, with routines changing every 4 weeks so things never get stale. Great atmosphere, great people, and just an overall great community. And whenever Rex, the actual owner of the gym shows up, its a blast

The studio was also very appealing to the eye. Inside is clean, bathrooms were stocked with all the necessary items after a class, and the workout room itself was dark with red LED hues which made the class even better. Cade was the instructor that taught the class and he came in bringing all the right energy! His playlist was more of a bonus as it fit so well with the tempo of the class. Cade was able to introduce himself and allow all members to adjust/familiarize themselves with the equipment before starting the session. In addition, he recognized the new comers to the class which I thought was a nice touch towards the end which was definitely more encouraging and enticing to come back again. The class itself was super fast pace where you are alternating from the treadmill to the free weights section. Overall, if you are looking for something with high intensity workouts, this is the spot for you!

I purchased the first-timer 3-class pack, which includes a free Fuel Bar shake. Today was my third class. I followed the instructions and signed my name on the sheet so my smoothie would be ready after class. Despite this, my card was still charged. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me and my friends in a condescending manner, as if I didn't understand the process, even though I did exactly what was required. I am a Santana Row resident and regularly support businesses here, but I will not be returning to Barry's after this experience. I hope management addresses the behavior of the front desk staff because this level of customer service is unacceptable.
