She called and confirmed our appointment the next day. The morning of delivery our delivery driver called to confirm the time he would arrive. We never were left wondering about anything!! Our delivery driver, Mike, arrived and handled everything. We needed 3 truckloads of water. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't have been happier!! Plus, the water they delivered was very clean requiring less chemicals on our part. We highly recommend Stott's!!

Almost no communication when service was cancelled and didn't really offer any communication after the fact. When asked what the balance was after equipment was returned they never called back or sent any mail out for a balance. Eventually was forgotten about until I was served at my home the attorney fees and court cost were more than double of what was actually owed. Pretty wild.

While they are located in Lakeville, IN, they deliver to Galien, MI. The water is already treated so all we have to do is turn on the filter.I searched high and low this year to find them (didn't save the phone #) and was so happy when I did (have now saved their contact info in my phone)! I will continue to use them for my pool water as long as we have a pool. The drivers and everyone I have spoken with in the office are great!

Jim from Culligan came by on a Saturday afternoon and convinced us that we would be satisfied with their water filtration system. A week later it was installed and I've been drinking more water than ever since it tastes so good! Even my just as picky daughter agrees this water is good. There was a slight issue that our ice machine was hardly producing ice after they left, but they came back to check it out after a quick phone call...and now we have plenty of perfect tasting ice and water. Highly recommend! It's a bit costly, but no more than you'll spend on bottled water for your home if your family consumes as much water as mine does.

Very bad water delivery service, I regretted using this water company I deliver water for my…read morefamily. 1) never on time, every week deliver at different time, and each time is 2 hours or more the previous delivery. 2) something white floating on the top of one bottle, that is one out of 16 bottles they deliver to us. 3) We cancel the service because we feel unsafe to drink this wAter, and return one of the unused bottles, and they won't even issue refund 4) the customer support rap even try to avoid refund the deposit to the water bottles by laying to us that they never charge us the deposit. And refused to show us the old invoice. Finally found credit card charges and found the transaction with deposit charges.

Had enough like us??? Water Ones approach is different and their service has been outstanding. You can call the day before you need a delivery and they come out. The rates are fair. Most important the water quality is very good. Stop get screwed over by the big guys (nestle) ... just like your cable provider and will sacrifice any customer satisfaction just to make an extra dollar. Not the case at Water One.. Did not hear from Osby. I even reviewed my cal logs to see if I may have missed a call, no call. Imagine my surprise when handed a bill for 37% higher than the max I had approved. Their total attempt at a remedy was "We got busy", pay or we keep the head. Years ago, I had a very good experience with them, obviously something has changed.
