I was out of town so my husband made advance arrangements with Tic Tock Taxi to give my (87 yr…read moreold) Mom a ride as she is not comfortable driving at night. This was our first experience with any taxi service in the Rogue Valley. Basically, there was a need for them to pick up my Mom at a specific time and bring her to a downtown wine bar to watch my husband's band. At the end of their performance, they would need to return at a specific time, pick her up and bring her home. An additional request was made for the driver to walk with her to the wine bar and to also walk her to her door at the end of the evening. They did this flawlessly. They were punctual and honored my husband's request to the letter. The driver was a very pleasant young man and most professional. We strongly recommend this taxi service!

I won't use them again.

Pick up time was at 11:30 & Jill (the driver) was waiting in the hallway for her partner to arrive to transport this patient. The patient expressed resistance to go and I was providing emotional support when Jill came in the room and in an unfriendly manner loudly verbalized "either this patient is going to go or they aren't but I am on a short leash and have other patients to go get, I can't sit here and wait". I expressed that it was 11:37AM (7 minutes after pickup time) and totally inappropriate to behave in this way in front of the patient. I was trying to deescalate this patient and make them comfortable, and she was riling them up. Needless to say her partner didn't arrive until the patient was already on the gurney, so all of the comments were unnecessary -causing stress on both the patient and medical staff. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. My patient even told her she needed to calm down. Patients shouldn't have to tell medical transports how to behave. I called to report this behavior to the manager. Jill is both the manager and the owner. My complaint fell on deaf ears as she continued to defend herself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I looked on Craigslist for a few minutes, called James, he answered right away and told me he would be able to help me that day, which was a huge relief. He was able to give me an eta once he had his friend Landon on board to assist, and was very communicative with texts and calls. He showed up on time (I believe within two hours of my initial call) and got right to work. They were super professional, affordable, and all around good guys.
