I initially contacted Action Tire a couple of months ago when I was searching for a valve extension for my RV. Ryan was SO helpful, even though they were unable to help me at the time. I saved his contact information and when we discovered that the tire with the new extension was leaking air, we contacted Ryan again and they were able to take us that day to check things out. They thought the problem was the core in the extension so they tightened it up, added air and we were on our way. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, 2 days later, the tired had lost 22psi, so I called them back to have a mobile tech come to check it out. Richard arrived about 2 hours later. What a gem he is! He determined that our new extension was defective, and since I had extras, he installed another one and checked out the tire to be sure it didn't have any punctures or other leaks. He was very patient and thorough.
My only complaint about Action Tire is that their driveway is pretty steep and we hit our rear bumper on our way out, but other than that they are a stellar outfit and we will definitely use them again! read more
