My…read moreboyfriend saw a button shirt he liked in our new store so I looked it up on the app for a possible Christmas present. The shirt retails for 65.00 and I never pay retail price. On the app some of the colors had gotten clearanced and the color he liked in the store was one of those marked down online to 19.47. The cashier looked at the app and scanned the item which was still coming up full price in the store. The cashier asked if I wanted him to ask a manager I said sure can't hurt. The employee said cause it was a clearance item it couldn't be price matched. I said ok well I'm not paying full price for the shirt I don't need it that bad so I headed to my car. That's when Chris came all the way to the parking lot to tell me they would absolutely match the price and there had been some confusion. He said they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you to Chris and Kamir the cashier for all your help today.

Staff is helpful, prices are great, especially good if you're just learning a sport and don't want to spend a ton of money. Also, I get my skates sharpened there regularly. Anyone who plays knows the comment on skate sharpening is ridiculous, but in case hockey isn't your thing and that review sours you to the store: everywhere does overnight skate sharpening. Usually someone comes in in the evening and sharpens all the skates collected for the day, and not necessarily the person who's working the store. I've never had my skates sharpened anywhere but a dedicated hockey store that will do it while you wait, it's standard.

But they have just about everything you'd want for athletic equipment, hunting gear, shoes, and active wear. This store has an especially nice and large section of Syracuse University clothing and memorabilia. The only major complaint is the checkouts. They are DESIGNED to produce long and ungainy lines. Even on a slow day, you're likely to wait 10 minutes to check out. This design does, however, make you feel like the only customer in the store when you ARE actually checking out.

I have recently had the misfortune of bringing a couple projects to Logo This for printing on…read moreT-shirts. First off, the cost of printing a fairly simple design was pretty ludicrous. A black design with mostly letters and a simple graphic cost $20 to print on a $10 shirt. I have been dealing with printing companies for several years as a graphic designer and have never encountered pricing this awful. Second, one of the requirements is that a file be rendered in vector graphics for printing, which is pretty standard. You would think however that the staff would have some experience working with illustrator files, but you would be very wrong for thinking that. Out of 50 T-shirts that were printed one came out bad, and just from looking at it it was obviously a printer malfunction. When the shirt was brought back to be redone they tried to blame it on the artwork. I'm sorry, but if it was a problem with the art work then why did only one come out bad, furthermore why did you try to give it to a customer? That's terrible quality control and shows a real lack of concern for their customers. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I pretty much had to. It's all been pretty unfortunate. I hope they can improve.
