While paying for the chain I was told that I can return the chain for any reason within 7 days if I had the receipt. The chain I bought ended up being too short so I called the next day to not only see about returning the chain, but to also see if they can order one for me in a longer size. The girl who answered the phone began telling me that I can't return the chain and when I explained I was told I had seven days to return it she would cut me off and tell me that's wrong. She also completely ignored me when I asked about ordering a longer chain and stopped listening to anything I had to say only repeating that I can't return anything. Because of this I'm not buying from this place anymore and I'd advise everyone to be careful when it comes to their return policy because apparently it varies depending on who you're talking to. Never again. It was a much better experience back when the original owner was always there...

I love supporting this business because Rose and her helpers make "Dog Tags for Kids". Google it, its amazing. She makes dog tags that say for example "With Love, from Dad/Mom, Afganistan 2014", she then ships these to soldiers overseas who have absolutely nothing to send home to their kids (toys, etc). The soldiers then mail the dogtags to their kids, who are thrilled with them. It really boosts the soldiers moral.
