She informed me it should take about three days but if there was to be any delay she would let me know. I was called when my shoes were ready for pick up and she even added some custom laces for me free of charge. I've gotten so many compliments on my shoes and I was so happy with the results. I also purchased a couple of shirts from her store, one that says living my best life as she has other merchandise available for sale.
