We have used this company several times for events. Usually it's a good experience but yesterdays…read moreexperience was poor. I was never told a delivery window, and had to call them. I was never told a pickup time and had to leave a message. At 8:45pm, 45 minutes after the church event ended, we just wheeled the generator and fan inside. While in the shower at home at 9:30pm I received a call from an unfamiliar number but no voicemail. I assumed they would have left a voicemail if it had been the company looking for their generator, so didn't think anything of it (I've gotten a ton of spam lately too). However, I went to church to finish a few things this morning and the inflatablr was gone. I called the company to see about the generator, and asked for a timeframe for pickup, as we didn't just want the generator sitting outside to ensure it was safe. The receptionist said she'd give me a call back. An hour later I called again, and was given another phone number for someone (unfortunately can't remember the name), but haven't been able to get ahold of them either. Now the church staff has gone home for the day so they had to just set the generator outside in a busy area of Bloomington. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of communication this time.

We used a groupon and even emailed confirmation about our date but this company no-showed and now we're trying to get our money back. The worst part was just days before our carnival another company offered to donate a photo booth but we turned them down because we had already reserved this shady company who didn't show up and wouldn't answer the phone. Run and avoid them at all costs.
