Ty called us just minutes after receiving our inquiry and from the first moment, brought an excitement, clarity, and calmness to wedding planning that we could not have done without. The tent set-up process was incredibly smooth and Ty and his team communicated with us throughout the whole process. And the finished product was BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't believe how magical everything looked. And our guests LOVED the restroom trailers - people are still telling us about how much they loved using them. We would 10/10 recommend Ty's Wedding Rental to anyone!!!

In our haste, we signed a contract and paid Ataround 8 o'clock in the evening. the next morning , less than 24 hours laterI called him back and asked if we could cancel as We did not understand the logistics of this tent and how it would look over the ceremony space.there were going to be poles down the middle of the aisle, making it impossible for the bride to be able to meet her groom without dodging poles, water running off the sides due to excessive rain etc.. He did give us half our money back. this was our fault for acting in haste.just wish he would've been a little more understanding and not taken advantage of our situation. lesson learned: we are out $900 for a tent we didn't use

I was never told a pickup time and had to leave a message. At 8:45pm, 45 minutes after the church event ended, we just wheeled the generator and fan inside. While in the shower at home at 9:30pm I received a call from an unfamiliar number but no voicemail. I assumed they would have left a voicemail if it had been the company looking for their generator, so didn't think anything of it (I've gotten a ton of spam lately too). However, I went to church to finish a few things this morning and the inflatablr was gone. I called the company to see about the generator, and asked for a timeframe for pickup, as we didn't just want the generator sitting outside to ensure it was safe. The receptionist said she'd give me a call back. An hour later I called again, and was given another phone number for someone (unfortunately can't remember the name), but haven't been able to get ahold of them either. Now the church staff has gone home for the day so they had to just set the generator outside in a busy area of Bloomington. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of communication this time.
