Above & beyond. The job started precisely on time. The team was fantastic and the job was completed…read morein 2 days. A 3000 sq ft house. Everyone kept their heads down and focused on their tasks. Very impressive customer service. The work was immaculate and the follow up was equally impressive. Jack (owner) communicated with me at first in person, on my property, followed by a quote the next day and then a couple of days before the job was to commence and once during wrap up. The final call was to collect a balance and he waited two weeks before doing that. There were several texts send by me; ie these guys are great etc. He did not appear to be bottom line driven but with his focus on my satisfaction. Of course all business owner want to get paid but that never felt like his priority. It's an art to make a client feel the way I did upon completion. Well done! For the reviews that discuss quotes and didn't select them, the cheap comes out expensive. I would expect most painters to have similar quotes and recommend getting 2 or 3 but paying a bit more for a great job done quickly, that's a no brainer to me. fyi; NEVER accept the cheapest quote and there's a subtle art to a contract negotiation. Don't play games and say what your budget is up front. It makes things go smoothly from the start and the business owner will appreciate your forthrightness. The company will say yes, no or counter. My house looks amazing and that was my #1 goal. It's important to mention that I took a bit too long responding as I am a very busy guy who travels a ton. Glad I chose this team and I'm looking forward to the next project!

These guys check all the boxes. Hands down, one of the best house painting companies Iv worked…read morewith. I had a huge project on my hands. The property I bought is 4,400 sq ft and the previous paint job was done incorrectly. I wasn't aware of this at the time I bought the house but the paint was peeling off all the woodwork in the house - baseboard, windows, everything. The first challenge with most contractors and painters is getting them to answer their phones or just simply showing up after they've started the project. I had zero issues in this regard with these guys. The next thing I look at is price - in my experience the highest price doesn't necessarily mean the best work, and the lowest price doesn't necessarily mean the worst. Unless you have a recommendation it's kind of just a shot in the dark! I had six estimates and these guys came in a little below the average cost I was getting from other painters. They weren't the cheapest but they most certainly were not the most expensive. Here's the most important part: the quality of work was excellent! And the customer service matched. They were super flexible, they answered their phones when I needed them. They even repainted a couple walls when I wanted to change the color. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They did such a good job on the house interior paint that I hired them to refinish my kitchen cabinets, which turned out amazing as well. Here are the pics (don't copy my color theme! )

I had Certa Pro of Rock Hill SC, paint my house in spring of 2021. The exterior paint job was over…read more$10,000. They used Sherwin Williams paint, stating it was the best for the job application. The first summer after the painting, the garage doors began to bubble. My husband at the time reached out to the owner, Mike, and Dan Kamizkee that we had dealt with throughout the transaction. He came out and looked around and told him there was nothing they could do. (Perhaps a bad batch of exterior paint) since that time, numerous areas of the trim have required repainting. The paint on my garage has bubbled all over. And the trim (a totally different color of paint) has needed to be redone multiple times in various areas. After all of this, it can only be attributed to the quality of the application and lack of preparation to the surface. I've had to personally address all of these areas myself over the past 2 years. They only warrant their work for one year. Don't trust the radio ads. They are paid spokespeople. Hire someone else. After 2 years and $10,000, I shouldn't be dealing with peeling paint and bubbled paint. Though I realize I'm outside of the 1 year warranty on my paint job, and my issue will never be resolved by Certa Pro, hopefully this review will leave you inclined to choose an alternate company, where an exterior paint job lasts 5-10 years.

So I reached out to my sales rep David and he got all defensive when I asked him for the sq footage he calculated and the calculated labor costs. I think he just saw a woman and figured he would try to get as much profit as possible. The only reason why I questioned him was because he quoted more than double what the other company I had spoken to had quoted. So Im not sure if its the company that seems sexist or just this guy. But the company sales pitch seemed ok.
