I should have researched dealerships, because I'm reading a lot of reviews that match my experience today. Instead of treating me like the potential buyer I was, and trying to show a reasonable level of customer service, he immediately indicated that he wasn't going to spend "3 hours" with me if I wasn't ready to buy. That they "need to keep the miles low" on the car I was interested in (i.e.-you're not getting a test drive). He referenced the $50k+ price multiple times, suggesting I hadn't even looked at the MSRP or considered what I can afford. He walked away "for a few minutes" while I looked around the car. I stood there waiting for him to return. He was super busy chatting with his colleague, walking through the showroom to step outside and check the weather, then staring at his computer in his office. After 10-15 minutes, I left. No card, no attempt to get contact information. I guess I should have lied when I set expectations early that I wasn't buying that day. I was also courteous enough to show up in the middle of a weekday afternoon (the place was empty), but Jim didn't want to put forth any effort that might not pan out, at the risk (now, a certainty) that he doesn't get a sale. I would have returned and sought another salesperson, but reviews indicates he's not the only problem there. There are plenty of other Acura dealers. Research them and I think you'll end up going elsewhere.

After a Thursday evening test drive we returned Saturday morning completely prepared to purchase a vehicle. With paperwork underway, Mike filled the gas tank and brought the vehicle around. En route, he noticed a potential transmission issue and all but refused to let us take it from their lot until their mechanic could look at it. Neither my wife nor I noticed any issues when we test drove the car days prior. For speaking up and doing right by us when he could have kept silent and secured a sure sale, an overly positive review is fitting. Granted, we too felt the "buy it or not, we don't care" attitude as others have made note. We didn't feel pressured to buy, but then again we didn't necessarily feel they wanted our business. The prices on the vehicles we tested were fair. We scoured craigslist, auto trader, kelleybluebook and cars.com before visiting Prestige and their prices were, indeed, lower than elsewhere considering year, mileage, condition, etc. In our experience, in complete contrast to other reviews, these folks do not only care about money. As of the writing of this review, I do not know if our potential purchase had major or minuscule transmission issues. I do know that Mike was looking out for our best interests by not making potential problems our problems. Don't infer their inventory may be mechanically unsound given our experience. They promise to give me a call back with both Anthony the CEO & Janet their "service operator" but conveniently they are never there or available! I paid my first car note, insurance & rentals all while they had the car & did nothing to accommodate! Just lies & run arounds!!

    Boy oh boy... I seem to have a way of getting myself into some interesting messes!…read more I bought a car this fall and I got into a fender bender where I tapped another car. No big deal... right? Wrong. I then attempted to fix the car myself and made things so so much worse. I took off the bumper, the headlights, the wire assembly, and other components before realizing just how far I was in over my head! Ended up needing to go through insurance & after almost 3 months of my car sitting over there with Bryon's Auto Body, I couldn't be happier to have it back. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I was quite embarrassed by the situation that had transpired & they were a pleasure. I would recommend them to anybody who needs auto work and who wants to work with an above-board, communicative, and expedient repair shop. Note that my car hanging out over there was of no way their fault! I had some explaining to do when it came to insurance but anyway... all's well that ends well and I think I may be telling this story for the rest of my life!

I went to 2 dealerships (including one I bought Audi from) and was told to come and leave my car for month or 2 as parts are really hard to find as many people fixing cars vs.buying in Covid time. First appoitment was in a month. Bryon's got parts a little over a week and in another week my car was wonderfully fixed. Gino and Karen, you are the greatest people and I had a best service. Karen arrenged rental from Enterprice and was VERY proactive with my insurance .Everything was completed in record time and repair was great. Thank you,guys from the bottom of my hart! Marina R.
