One said I could come by anytime and "maybe they could do it while I waited" but wouldn't let me make an appointment. I called Experimac, spoke with Noel. He said, "sure, come on over". I got on iCloud and set to erase if it's ever turned on, just hoping it's enough that they don't get any information off that phone, seems like someone's trying to get into it (even if not turned on).
