I'm a Yavapai County Master Gardener And a former Maricopa County Master Gardener. I knew the value of soil testing so I sent a sample to this lab. Best money I ever spent on my garden! They gave me very specific information about what my soil needed. I called and spoke to one of the chemists and she provided specific instructions on how to go about improving my soil. I did the treatment and let the Garden sit for six months as instructed. This season has been so remarkable! My tomato plants are loaded with fruit, the eggplant has fruit as well. I just harvested some wonderful garlic, too. The process was very easy and I received results in less than 3 days. Excellent & accurate service.

No one cared. I went completely out of my way to give them my business. I would not recommend this dishonest lab in any way. They've done a solid job both times. The first time we needed our mower overall serviced, as well as a replacement for spark plugs and another small part. They have been great as well regarding some basic troubleshooting on the phone after our same mower was having a few issues a season later, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to troubleshoot ourselves. They also rent a plethora of landscaping tools which can be great if you have a project or need something specific.

Ray was recommended to us by our interior designer who was new to the area. We decided to go with…read morehim because of the professional rapport with our designer, he gave the most detailed estimate of the contenders (which isn't saying much), and because he fell in the middle of the price range for our higher end home remodel. The pro is that the job was completed, albeit 3 months after the promised completion date. The cons unfortunately outweigh the pro. I do not feel like they are accustomed to higher end home remodels. And I would not recommend them for that purpose. Ray subcontracted the job to another general contractor and was not very involved in the job so there was a definite breakdown in communication between us, him, the designer, and the work crew. He didn't listen to our plans and we were constantly stressed with ironing out problems that should not have come up, or that he should have dealt with directly. Most of the time it felt as if I was doing the GC job and just paying him in name only. The workmanship was sloppy and unfinished. We had to constantly tell them to finish what they started, fill obvious holes, fix shoddy tile work, etc.It was a headache that became more and more expensive as each supplemental work order was added just to finish the work. Ultimately after a disaster their work would be an improvement, but for a home remodel working with them was a disaster in and of itself.

My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Bobby Beeman did a great job of inspecting and all went well. Since then we've had to have 3 bladders replaced of which one of our neighbors had a friend and we used, no problems. But, today when I called them and another company, no answer as it is a Saturday morning, March 23rd, so I look through my paperwork and find BEEMAN PUMP COMPANY's number. I call and Richie Beeman answers the phone at 8:15 am on Saturday morning. He has his crew already lined out for the entire day, but tells me he'll try to fit me in on Monday afternoon and definitely for Tuesday am. He then suggests there might be a couple of things he could walk me through on the phone to see if we can get the pump started since I checked the well tank and it is full. He tells me to touch the motor to see if it is hot, if so then will need a new pump, if not then it may be contacts in the switch. Richie expertly walks me through the process and tells me to tap the switch box slightly that the contacts may be dirty or old and viola I do as instructed and the pump starts. He then instructs me what to do if it happens again, but to be gentle as the contacts can be broken and if so then we are stuck without water until late Monday or Tuesday. I asked Richie how much do I owe you, I want to pay for your helping us and he tells me absolutely nothing. In today's world this is very rare and extremely generous. I scheduled with him to come out and do maintenance on Tuesday am where he will either clean or replace the contacts. My wife Connie wrote on the Well Folder, "only use BEEMAN PUMP COMPANY in future" and beside that wrote "Our Hero!" Thank You very much Richie Beeman!!
