As I was receiving my gel pedi, my sister approached and showed me her "finished" nails with cured gel all over her skin, both cuticle and finger tip. It was as if a child did her nails. I asked the nail technician why my sisters cuticles weren't cut and why was there paint all over her nails and then she proceeded to BLAME my 10 year old sister for being a nail biter and that why the service came out so bad. As I was showing Nana all the fingers with cured paint on them, she walked away from me mid conversation. Extremely unprofessional as a nail technician to walk away from her own mistakes and even then, she is licensed... she should know she cannot leave gel on a clients finger that way! I brought it up to the receptionist who called her manager and claimed that the manager "saw" my sisters nails and said it was justified because she was a nail biter. Once again, many people start getting their nails done to stop nail biting and to be blaming a 10 yr old girl for a horrible service speaks volumes on the type of management there and shows they allow that behavior within their staff. Also the manager never came to see my sisters nails at all or even a photo so here it is for you all to view now. They made me pay full service on top of that, in this economy, that's such an insult.
