The guy inspected it and said the inside screw was corroded so he needed to find the pipe to completely fix/replace it. While searching for the pipe, he removed a piece of the wall in a bedroom, another piece in a closet but the pipe was not there. He realized the pipe was near a downstairs closet and wanted to tear down another wall. We decided not to move forward with the rest of the service. Pieces of the walls were torn down and damage was done when it shouldn't have been done in the first place. It was a waste of time and money! I do not recommend!

Advised them that my gas bill was extremely high, nearly $600 for the month. They immediately performed a hot water line pressure test and advised me that I had a leak somewhere. They asked me if I had any warm spots on the floor downstairs. I told him that I had a warm spot near my refrigerator that was unusual. I was advised that that was probably where the leak is. Infinity Plumbing completed the install. which was very professional and the work was super clean. More importantly, they are just good people. Eddie showed up PROMPTLY at 8:30am within the time window promised (8:30am to 9am). His job was to install a gas water heater. He's the owner of H2O plumbing. Eddie was courteous and super helpful in explaining why our old unit was dying and the ins/outs of the new unit. The job was a little over 2 hours to install the hot water heater as well as install the new gas lines, water lines, and vents. My personal inspection of his installation was a good one. There was no funny looking welds, pieces left over, stains, fingerprints, odd "mickey-mouse" type installation work. The hot water heater LOOKS like it belongs in it's spot and is functioning great! Eddie also does the normal plumbing, gas, and sewage work and I plan on calling him directly in the future as honestly, our experience with other Valley-based plumbers is up there with used car sales. We've used other plumbers in the past and ALL of them walk in, quote you an astronomical price for relatively simple repairs, and then go on to "inspect" your house to scare you into more work. Eddie is NOT that type of plumber. He's very straightforward, and will tell you how it is. It's no wonder Lowes has him on this their approved contractor list. And he's a credit not only to that program, but a valuable resource if you need plumbing work directly.
