We interviewed 3 different companies and they were top notch, hands down. They are a husband/wife team (go girl in this business). Mike and Gretta are honest and hard workers. They gave a recommendation and answered my 100 questions. I was ready to install a much more expensive unit and they explained why that was not necessary. I just paid them and the cost was THOUSANDS less than the next estimate. My house was cool again within hours of completion. The area was clean and you'd never know that someone was there. They are patient, extremely knowledgeable and I felt that they only want to do what's best for me. I truly felt like I was their only client. I highly recommend them for service, installation or at least include them in a quote search. As an added bonus, they were able to install my new unit so compactly (if that's a word) that I gained new storage space. Love them.

A high-end water heater gave out after 20+ years, on a Thursday, and we called Fairland Plumbing…read moreand Heating to help us replace it. Although it was over 20 years old it had a "Lifetime Warranty"! Noelia and the other employees were very aware of the disruption no hot water can have on a home, and were very happy to help navigate obtaining a replacement, and its installation. Noelia in particular contacted the manufacturer and their agents to try and speed up the replacement process. She provided us with detailed removal/installation estimates in very little time at all. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use Fairland for the installation. In the end, the manufacturer strongly pushed for the original installers to complete the process. Because of their strenuous efforts, on our behalf, I highly recommend Fairland. In particular, Noelia was a wonderful person to deal with. She and the other representatives were fast, knowledgeable, informative and seemed to really care about our situation.
