Within hours of him leaving I had water in my basement which I didn't have prior to him coming! I called the company three times which they said they would have a manager call me, which never happened. What I did get was a bill for an additional $350 on top of the $50 service fees I had to pay and the $150 my warranty paid. What's interesting is that I asked the plumber how much the job would have costed me without my warranty and he said $250!! So I'm confused at how a $250 job was billed at $550. My warranty company called them and they said they wouldn't send anyone out until I paid the additional $350. I'm also confused at how he "snaked the line to the street" and that same line is still clogged per the new plumber currently working in my basement. He also cracked the line cap which is why the water is backing up in the basement and not in the pipes as it initially did! I'm so confused and completely disgusted by how this business handles customers! Beware and learn from my nightmare!
