We were very happy with the tub they installed for us seven years ago, and we were equally happy with the installation of a new water heater this week. Lazer-focused on the job at hand, the father and son have little time for chit-chat--thank goodness. With the retirement of Delmarva plumbing, there is no other reasonable choice for plumbing in the Montgomery County area.

He spent a few minutes looking at it, told us he couldn't find the leak, and then charged us $150 without even fixing anything!! We had to have another plumber come out who found that the piping under the sink was cracked. Moreover, whoever had installed the pipe had glued it in place and extensive work was required to replace it. Liscinsky did not find this obvious issue... In short: I highly recommend using someone (anyone) else.

After two weeks of waiting for these clowns, we found another plumbing crew, who came and fixed it in a day and a half.

I called HEIL Plumbing when they opened at 07:30 hrs. I got a return call from Allison within 1 hour. She was able to schedule Eric (the younger) to come out the same day between 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs. Eric arrived at approximately 09:20 hrs. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue. This time, while he was running diagnostic checks to identify the issue, fortunately, the toilet clog cleared itself. He ran the check a number of times , including running the sink cold water to try to overload the waste line with water, to make sure that the clogged toilet was no longer an issue. Once he was satisfied that all was good, he let me know that the charge for today would be the general diagniostic charge of $95.00. Again, I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from making an appointment, to Eric's arrival time, his pleasant demeanor and his professional knowledge. I would highly recomment Eric (the younger) with HEIL Plumbing for anyone who has a residential plumbing issue that they need to have addressed by a pleasant, knowledgeable professional.
