They were replacing the carpet on the stairs and upstairs common area with laminate flooring; not even in the bedrooms. However, they were using the saw upstairs, inside our house to cut the laminate pieces! Secondly, they set off our fire alarm many times from using the saw upstairs. They didn't move it outside until we asked them too. I had mentioned some patchwork for carpet in a couple of the bedrooms during our quote visit with the owner, but the workers seemed unaware. It didn't get done. Work was finished and okay looks fine. A few months later, we notice a couple of spots that dip so much that you can feel the separate laminate pieces. I emailed and called the owner. At first, he said the guy (his worker) was out of town, but he would send him when he returned. Time past, I reached out to him several times and no response. We learned to live with the problem areas. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place! If they would update their procedures (not use saw inside the house!) and have better customer service, I would have graded them better. I gave them 2 stars bc besides those wonky pieces, their work looks good.

No pressure. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing. The rug I liked, a gray berber, was less per square foot than I was expecting. Set everything up. Crew showed up on time, had me approve the rug to make sure iit was what i ordered, then got to work. Had it done in a few hours and it looked great!
