I am extremely disappointed with Reliable Construction Services, LLC and feel obligated to warn…read moreothers about my experience. I was given a written quote for a 4-hour minimum of crane service at a total of $3,408.60. There was no disclosure of travel time, no mention of standby time, and no indication that fuel, insurance, or other add-on fees would be charged. I approved the service based solely on the terms provided. After the job was complete, Reliable Construction Services, LLC issued an invoice for 6 hours instead of the quoted 4, adding 2 extra hours and multiple additional fees that were never disclosed or agreed upon. No explanation or documentation was provided to justify the extra time, nor any proof that travel or standby charges were part of the agreement. With that said, an additional $1,083.00 for the service is unacceptable. This practice is unfair both to the consumer and to the competitive market, as it resembles a deceptive tactic: providing a lower estimate to secure the job and then increasing the price after the service has already been completed. At minimum, this appears to be a misleading and unethical strategy. In fact, this company was selected because the quoted amount of $3,408.60 was more competitive than other estimates I received. Had the true cost been the $4,491.60 they later attempted to charge, Reliable Construction Services, LLC would have been the most expensive option and would not have been chosen for the job. Professional companies stand by their quotes and disclose all potential charges upfront. Reliable Construction Services, LLC did neither. Instead, they added surprise fees after the job--something no customer should tolerate. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you choose to work with this company. Based on my experience, their billing practices are not transparent and may leave you with unexpected costs after the work is done.

A-Line Cranes was amazing throughout the entire process. They were punctual, extremely accommodating, and so easy to work with. Even though our trailer delivery was delayed and the crane lift couldn't happen as planned, Mike and Raf didn't miss a beat. They came back first thing the next morning and got the job done perfectly. They placed the trailer exactly where and how we wanted it--flawless execution. Can't recommend A-Line Cranes enough for their professionalism and flexibility. Huge thanks to Mike and Raf!

It was so exciting to see them dropped our u-shaped BBQ over our fence and our roof in our backyard! What an amazing company. They showed up way before on time and so did the BBQ place. So it was all coordinated with both. Thank goodness we have a driveway, because the truck just backed up into the driveway and did his thing. Richard was very polite and did a wonderful job. The whole company down to Debbie who answers the phone and schedules everything. Very easy to get a hold of and they respond very quickly! I really like that in a company. On time and efficient. The operator was incredibly skilled -- he maneuvered a mobile crane into a very tight spot on the sidewalk and completed the lift without needing to close Hwy 111 or pull a permit. The job was done safely, efficiently, and without any issues. The cost was $2,500, which is definitely on the higher end, but considering the alternative involved a 180-ft crane and a complicated highway closure with Caltrans, this was well worth it to get the job done without delay or extra red tape. After weeks of setbacks and extreme heat, DMS got it done in one go. Highly recommend them if you need a smart, creative lift solution done professionally. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and unprofessional…read moreservice. I hired this crane company to lift a single 15-ton HVAC unit to the first floor. I was initially quoted $1,000, but when we arrived at the job site, the price suddenly became $1,350. What was even more concerning was the lack of technical coordination. Nobody in the office could clearly confirm whether a spreader bar was required to properly distribute the load. The driver also seemed unsure. For a crane company handling heavy HVAC equipment, these are basic details that should be confirmed before arriving at the job site--not figured out in front of the customer. The driver's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of professionally addressing the issue, he was rude, confrontational, and seemed more interested in arguing with the customer than completing the job. It appears that the company has grown quickly, but its communication, technical knowledge, and field operations have not kept up with that growth. For a crane company, reliable communication, accurate pricing, proper rigging knowledge, and professional behavior are not optional--they are the foundation of the service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Honestly, even one star feels generous.
