WOW! If you need a crane service this is the one to go to! Don't look any further! Seriously! All I can say is WOW! It was so exciting to see them dropped our u-shaped BBQ over our fence and our roof in our backyard! What an amazing company. They showed up way before on time and so did the BBQ place. So it was all coordinated with both. Thank goodness we have a driveway, because the truck just backed up into the driveway and did his thing. Richard was very polite and did a wonderful job. The whole company down to Debbie who answers the phone and schedules everything. Very easy to get a hold of and they respond very quickly! I really like that in a company. On time and efficient. And resonance too! If we ever need a crane again, this is the place we will call. read more

Super Duper people and crane company. My rooftop ac unit died and with the daily temps being in the 90s, it needed to be replaced asap. The 5 ton capacity unit was too heavy and big to try to muscle it up on the roof. I found Parks Crane on Yelp and called them at 8pm. The phone was answered and they said they could be out in the afternoon the next day. Parks Crane office personnel called me the next day to tell me the crane was on it's way. My AC guy timed the arrival beautifully and Parks Crane arrived on time, in fact, a bit early. The old unit was off the roof and the new one up in no time. Very safe, efficient and worth every penny. Thanks Parks Crane, you guys do a great job and as a homeowner and first-timer ever hiring a crane, you made it very easy. read more

do not hire these guys ! Craig arrived and we had an extremely expensive saguaro brought from Arizona so carefully and had waited 3 weeks for this day. he lifted it at the wrong time when the guy leading the project told him very cleaning "I'll move the car then you can lift when I tell you to". he immediately lifted it and the SEVEN workers and people here who was standing right in front of his crane screamed STOP. he made a mistake. mistakes happen. maybe he accidentally lifted it. mabye he didn't hear. I don't know maybe a text came in. he then had the guts to tell us he didn't lift it and didn't understand why it broke. a 20 foot saguaro just broke in half on its own! he still had the guts to ask for the full $700 and didn't own anything. what a company ! would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Absolutely totally impressed with this company. Helpful on the phone, good prices, amazing service, incredibly nice people, prompt service and would use them again without a doubt. They craned my jacuzzi from the backyard to the front so I can sell it and are by far the most helpful company in the OC I called. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Just call them and you will see. Thanks again! read more

Park's Crane is amazing!!! When I realized the gate opening was too small for my new custom BBQ Island I was worried- but Park's came to the rescue. I shopped around on behalf of my homeowner's association and found they were very flexible as well as the best priced. They got right back to me with an estimate which was more than fair. Craig was very professional and efficient with the job. Look nowhere else because Park's Crane is your answer. read more

How many men does it take to move a two-ton boulder? Four strapping guys and one big-ass crane. We needed it done pronto and Parks Crane Service was on it. Fast, efficient, and done! read more

Most accommodating service ever. Craig was friendly and punctual. Got the job done in record time! Highly recommended

Needed a crane to lift a hot tub over the house. They were able to look at the house on Google Maps and determine the appropriate crane for the job. They charge by the house with a two hour minimum, which includes leaving their office location and returning to the office location. Crane arrived on time and operator worked quickly and safely. Only took 20 minutes from arrival to departure. read more

This is our second time hiring Parks Crane Service to move items in/out of our backyard. Eleven years ago we had them crane in a large barbeque structure and spa. It's good to know, 11 years later, they are still in business and were still great to work with. Today we sold our spa and had to have it craned out of your backyard. The buyers requested they load it on their trailer sideways and Craig (the driver and crane operator) had no problem doing this. Parks Crane was on-time for our appointment. They were professional both on the phone and when they arrived at our house. Debbie in the office helped me with preparation items for the crane service and she was very nice. When I asked for proof of their insurance (just in case the spa fell on our house), she advised me where I can find their insurance information on their website. Their insurance was in place and up-to-date. Parks Crane was worth every dime for this spa move! Thank you again for your professional attitude and calming my nerves.... These guys are amazing! Have been working with them for the past 10 - 12 years. Very accomodating, always on time and best rates out there.

We work with Parks Crane regularly, and there isn't a time I can think of where they have ever let us down. Debbie is always so helpful as goes above and beyond especially with last minute scheduling, plus she has one of the best attitudes I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Craig and Richard always do their best at accommodating where they can and are exceptionally patient with our team. Parks Crane is an amazing trustworthy company that goes the extra mile. They've even helped me get in contact with other companies should they not be able or available to take on a job. Highly recommended!!! read more

Easy to work with and very affordable for moving a spa. Class act. Thanks for the reference to Lou Lara for the spa move too.

I bought a spa recently that needed to be craned over my 2 story roof. The spa company recommended these guys so I called and spoke to Debbie. She was professional, informative, and very helpful. We had some questions regarding which crane I would need. We worked out sending some photos and she had Craig call me back to discuss. We decided on the correct crane. On the day of the move, they arrived on time (actually, they called and got there a little bit early which was even better). They had to move the old spa over the house and then move the new spa to the back of the house. There were winds....BUT, it went off without any drama or problems. PERFECTLY! These guys are pros and very easy to do business with. Oh, and their prices were the very best I could find! If you want great service at a great price....they have my highest recommendation. P.S. People in cars were stopping in the street in front of my house and taking pictures....it was VERY cool. read more

This Service deserve a 0 star. Bad service..BIG SCAM. There are many places out there you can look for. Just not this place.

Had Parks out today to deliver our b-b-q island. Excellent job all the way around. From the time I initially contacted Debbie, to Craig coming out and performing the work, everything went perfectly! They responded to inquiries immediately, and were right on time to do the job. Their estimated quote was very competitive, and they stayed within the minimum. I was extremely pleased with Parks and will definitely recommend them to others, and/or use them again should the need arise. Thanks so much!!! read more

I would disagree. I have dealt with the owners more than once once and they are not nice people. Craig and debbdy are are not nice people to deal with and Their son is rude. I would open the phone book before I would call this company. I have also noticed leaking hydraulic fluid from their crane. Not a good sign. Buyer beware. read more
