Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and unprofessional…read moreservice. I hired this crane company to lift a single 15-ton HVAC unit to the first floor. I was initially quoted $1,000, but when we arrived at the job site, the price suddenly became $1,350. What was even more concerning was the lack of technical coordination. Nobody in the office could clearly confirm whether a spreader bar was required to properly distribute the load. The driver also seemed unsure. For a crane company handling heavy HVAC equipment, these are basic details that should be confirmed before arriving at the job site--not figured out in front of the customer. The driver's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of professionally addressing the issue, he was rude, confrontational, and seemed more interested in arguing with the customer than completing the job. It appears that the company has grown quickly, but its communication, technical knowledge, and field operations have not kept up with that growth. For a crane company, reliable communication, accurate pricing, proper rigging knowledge, and professional behavior are not optional--they are the foundation of the service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Honestly, even one star feels generous.

A-Line Cranes was amazing throughout the entire process. They were punctual, extremely accommodating, and so easy to work with. Even though our trailer delivery was delayed and the crane lift couldn't happen as planned, Mike and Raf didn't miss a beat. They came back first thing the next morning and got the job done perfectly. They placed the trailer exactly where and how we wanted it--flawless execution. Can't recommend A-Line Cranes enough for their professionalism and flexibility. Huge thanks to Mike and Raf!

I have only great things to say about Flood Pro and their remediation work: their professionalism,…read moreattention, and respect for my entire downstairs area (bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen) that were flooded due to a broken sewage main line in the common area of the condo complex. Danny, Justin, and Luis worked tirelessly to ensure the floorboards were removed, the walls were cleaned and sanitized, and provided a clear explanation of their every step. Moreover, Matt A. has been wonderful and patient about answering my questions and showing understanding of the extremely stressful situation I was in. Disappointing Experience -- Would Not Recommend…read more We contacted this company to address a malfunctioning ice maker in our refrigerator and perform routine maintenance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The repair technician arrived much later than expected, and we were charged a service visit fee that was supposed to be applied toward the cost of repairs. The quote we subsequently received included a replacement ice maker priced significantly higher than what we found online. Additionally, the quote included a $240 charge for an unspecified repair, with no clear explanation of what the repair entailed. We reached out to ask for clarification and to see if they could simply perform the routine maintenance we had originally requested, but our inquiry went unanswered. Between the late arrival, questionable pricing, lack of transparency, and poor communication, we were left unimpressed. We understand that professional repairs cost money, but customers deserve reasonable pricing, clear explanations, and basic communication. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs.
