If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would…read more This has been one of the most unprofessional and unreliable contractor companies I've ever dealt with. First, they sent Keld out. The entire interaction felt disorganized--he never gave us a clear breakdown of the project, communication was poor, and eventually he simply stopped responding. We gave the company another chance and contacted the owner, who sent Alberto. Alberto seemed much more professional, provided a written breakdown, and we were finally ready to move forward. Our financing was approved and we were literally ready to start the project. Then, once again--calls and text messages were ignored, promises to call back went nowhere, and we were left chasing them just to give them our business. At this point, our backyard could probably have been completed by another contractor in the amount of time we've wasted trying to get this company to simply communicate. If this is how they treat customers BEFORE taking their money, I can only imagine what communication would be like once a project actually starts. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and constant follow-ups. Based on our experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. If you see their advertisement in your mailbox, think twice before calling.

Keld told us our $4,800 patio cover would include a fan and lights, but later wrote that we were responsible for providing the fan--something that was never discussed with us. Even more concerning, the owner, Michael "Bruce" Brewster, questioned why my wife was involved, despite her being present when the job was sold to us and being a co-owner of our home. He then repeatedly pressured me to have her remove her Yelp review and threatened not to finish the work unless it was taken down. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this company.
