Their pricing is beyond affordable for the quality you receive. This is my second time ever hiring a cleaning service. The last company left me spot cleaning after paying hiked up prices for deep cleaning. Deluxe home cleaning is NOT like this. They got into every crack and crevice. Were not afraid to move things around to clean. Which is top notch for me!! Now I'm considering hiring for reoccurring maintenance because they did a better job than I have the time and patience for. They arrived 3 hours late and had terrible communication throughout -1pm appointment -1:30 he says they're on the way -1:45 he says they're an hour away -3:00 I text him as they haven't arrived yet -3:30 he says they're parking -4:00 the cleaners finally arrive, 3 hours late -6:00 they're done When I brought up my obvious dissatisfaction with this, he didn't respond until the next day where I was offered $20 off. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot". The entire outside of the building is a parking lot. The apartment looks more like a hotel. Note the timestamps on the messages I attached. Do not recommend.
