About a month ago I phoned regarding a 40 year old Vespa that was missing keys to the seat, glove…read morebox, and steering column. I asked if I had to buy new locks & keys or if they had the ability to make keys that would fit the locks even though I didn't have those keys. To my amazement I was told just as long as I provided the correct style key blanks they could make them work...I even repeated how I didn't think this was possible but that I was very happy that I didn't need to drill out the steering column lock and replace it. I then ordered the keys from a company in Europe that has vintage Vespa key blanks. With shipping, they cost over $50. Today I finally had time (they are closed on weekends) to get the Vespa to their shop. I walked in and was eventually helped by someone. I asked if he had been the one I talked to in June about vintage Vespa keys? He said, "maybe". I asked do you remember the conversation? He said, "no". Didn't know if he was trying to imitate Chris Griffin or if he was serious. So I explained the original conversation. He told me, "we can't cut keys without an original." I replied, "I specifically told you (maybe), or someone else the situation and even repeated how shocked I was that you could cut keys without an original. He stared at me, I think. Maybe he was daydreaming? I explained I wouldn't have spent $50 on key blanks if he (maybe) or the other person I talked to had simply said they needed an original key. Again, nothing. Needless to say, not recommending or ever spending my money at that establishment in the future.

After doing some research I decided on purchasing a pellet grill. Further research took me to the…read moreGreen Mountain Grill brand. I decided on the medium model known as the Daniel Boone. The GMG website listed Berkshire Hearth & Home as a dealer so I began by emailing them with some basic questions. They were always quick to reply and answered all of my questions. I originally planned this to be a birthday gift for my wife which would have been in January but there was a really good sale that was coming to an end on 1 December so it was full steam ahead. We agreed on a charge for delivery and setup and after a few days Brad let me know that the grill had arrived and would it be convenient to bring it by the next day (I'm in Milford BTW). He gave me a one hour window for delivery and they arrived exactly at the 1/2 hour mark. Brad and his helper had the grill off of the truck and setup in just a few minutes. There was a shortage from the factory on the grill covers so afterwards I found one online from another vendor and ordered it. Since I'd already paid for a cover with my initial purchase I asked if they could refund the cost of the cover. They immediately replied that it would not be a problem. I was very impressed and satisfied with the entire process and would strongly recommend Berkshire Hearth & Home to anyone.
