I would pop in to see Lou every couple weeks with more questions each time, and he would patiently answer me. I would spend time going to each stone place, and sending him my latest idea, and he would quickly get back to me with pricing. I must have sent him 20 different estimates to give me over the months. And he never got frustrated with me and always got back to me quickly. Once we finally decided and Bing and team came to install, another great experience - coordinating the install, on time, professional, and cleanBing and his team were excellent. My quartz top is gorgeous and our fabricator team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend.

Geno helped us find exactly what we needed and gave us great suggestions. Geno is very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. All items we needed were ordered today due to the great sale/discounts. Visited Bender's showroom in New Haven prior to going to White's and was very disappointed in the service. After looking around the showroom we asked for assistance and was told "you can wish for some" but that they were short handed and there was no one to help. Needless to say we left and went to the better of the two businesses. We are looking forward to receiving our order and having our new bathroom completed!!

The CertainTeed website referred me to White Home Products, and Dan White contacted me almost immediately. As a first-time renovator, I had a lot of questions. I was upfront with Dan that our builder would likely perform the installation, so there was a good chance White Home Products would not make a sale. Despite that, Dan generously spent time with me, answered my questions, and provided thoughtful, unbiased advice on siding options and materials. It's easy to be helpful when a sale is likely. What impressed me was that Dan was just as helpful when he knew there probably wasn't one. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to share his expertise made a big difference in helping me make informed decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and White Home Products to anyone considering exterior renovation products. Great knowledgeable advice.

Let me sing the praises of Sarah and Wholesale Cabinets!…read more I first came across this place in 2010, when I needed to re-do the ugly master bath. Sarah came back with a nicer design and lower price (by a good 20%) than the two other places I checked out, and from then on I was hooked. A few years later, we re-did the kitchen, and we went straight back to Sarah. She worked her butt off, drawing and re-drawing and re-re-drawing until it was just right. She listened to what we had to say -- and I mean, REALLY listened -- and used her experience and wonderful eye for design to come up with a kitchen that really worked. Her ideas were always spot-on, things that I never would have thought of on my own, but that once the kitchen was done, I couldn't imagine not having. Vertical tray dividers above the wall oven for my sheet pans? Frickin' brilliant! Oh, and of course the price was fantastic. I took her design to another place for a sanity check, and they came back thousands higher -- and that's without investing all that time in the design process! And then we moved, relocation for work, and recently bought an antique house here in Vermont. I knew even before the closing that I'd have Sarah do my kitchen again, and let me tell you, she has come through again, even better than last time, if such a thing is possible. And when my builder looked at her final designs, he said that if he had made the same thing in his workshop, it would have cost at least 30% more. Sarah, you are the best. THE BEST!

It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge. Everything was a seamless process from start to finish. You can tell Dorian takes pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend Dorian and the Handyman team for your needs.
