Chris is a lifesaver who helped us…read moresolve our pool issue through a phone call! we have a clogged sand filter which does not circulate water. we tried every possible solutions: primed, cleaned skimmers, and none of it worked. So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He waited on the phone patiently while we lubricated the rubber ring of the pump, went back n forth dumping water in the pump, recirculated and rinsed the filter. He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. I took one look at their beautiful work on their roof and told them to give me his contact info. Once Chris called me back he made the process a no stress process. He even helped with choice color by suggesting colors and was very patient when it took us forever to pick a color. We were so excited to get a new roof and him and his team did not disappoint the day of install. They even helped putting a new roof on my shed as well. He was great at keeping in touch and great for returning our phone calls and very patient with all of our questions and concerns.
