When there has been some terrible weather, they quickly respond to any issues and get a team out there quickly. This year they completely overhauled our pool, we redid the marcite, tile and coping. They were great about explaining what was going on and where they were at in the project and highly responsive for updates when requested. When there were any hiccups or issues that we ran into, they were very transparent. I would highly recommend working with the team at Jamaican for all of your pool & spa needs!

My installation ended up taking a bit longer than quoted due to the nasty weather we had and the water level in my backyard, but Rick made sure that he did whatever he could to ease the 'pain'. He stopped by a few times after the pool was filled to vacuum it, etc. Rick was very patient with the many, many phone calls & emails from me, he took his time explaining the equipment and how to use it. Overall, I have been very satisfied. My pool was installed in 2015 and Rick is still very gracious when I have a question and stops by personally when I have questions/concerns that can't be addressed over the phone.

He came out to mow my lawn and right away I noticed how fast he was going in his tractor, which was concerning. Following the completion of the job, I noticed he had cut the lawn unevenly in several areas. He also didn't move a small table and chairs in my lawn and just mowed around it, leaving the tall grass underneath. I called and texted Nelson several times to voice my concerns and ensure these mistakes weren't made twice. He never returned my texts or phone calls and didn't show up to mow my lawn again.
