My new favorite burger place! The burgers are well cooked and juicy, all the toppings I've had so far are flavorful and well made, and the tots are very yummy. The staff has been very friendly and attentive and the food comes out quick. Also the price is right! Cannot speak too highly about Acme and they also have a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy one of their dozen or so beers on tap. read more

returned to acme tonight---best burger joint in town----my daughter in law wanted to try out the new super burger----sorry we did----they didn't have the chicken sandwich that my son loves---the ambiance is from nowheresville---they put a lot of work into this place---its very nice inside---but not for a burger joint---its too small---no booths--just the old 50's style metal and vinal chairs and tables----we got up and headed for acme----good choice---------best------i had a chocolate shake to die for------ read more

The food quality and price deserves 5 stars, plus the man in from at the register was super cool and fun to talk to. Don't remember his name but he had short hair and red vans on. The kitchen staff was friendly too and unafraid to engage with customers out front. Try the house made pickles they are refreshing and delicious! read more

I've had the burger and the chicken sandwich, and both are delicious! I love that the ground beef is raised here and processed here. There are no shortcuts which is so refreshing! Also a fan of the homemade pickles and if you're really wanting to live on the edge, the tater tots are delicious too! Not your typical tater tot from the frozen section. The food is good and there are lots of choices but their service definitely does not match their slogan. If you go to Acme Burger plan on a very long wait. It took 30 minutes to get our 4 burgers, 2 orders of fries and an order of onion rings, and everyone else was enduring the same long wait. The restaurant did not seem particularly overly busy so I think their process is just slow. The staff at the registers did not warn anyone about the long wait until after I suggested they let folks know. In the end the quality of the food was satisfactory but not worth a 30 minute wait. read more

The food was on the par of the other two burger restaurants in town. However, he first time I went here they were closed at 6pm on a Sunday that rhey were advertised to be open. The second rime, the service was slow and the employees were rude. I highly recommend going to Super Burger and giving Acme Burger a Miss. read more

Was it at this establishment today, might have been a fluke as I've read most reviews that give it excellent marks. Unfortunately I was not able to do that on this visit, started with the drinks or the swirled milkshake turn out to be chocolate light and nothing swirling about it. Ordered the burgers rare they came back medium to well. The reason I'm giving three stars is because the help was more than helpful. They tried to make things right in every way they could it's just kind of hard to correct an experience. I may try them again in a future date the right now they're taking off the list of establishments to visit. read more

Chef Todd gathers the very best local ingredients, Sonoma Mountain Beef on Franco-American's sesame-seed buns, fresh caught fish and oysters from Bodega and Pt. Reyes, plus a good selection of local beer and wine to wash it all down. The entire menu is made to order. Hot, crispy sweet potato fries, crunchy onion rings, tasty BBQ'd oysters just off the patio grill. I've devoured a big, juicy cheeseburger with caramelized onions and Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese, the extra Awesome sauce dripping down my arm. I have shown restraint and ordered a fresh salmon filet done low-carb style in a lettuce wrap and enjoyed every delicious bite with a knife and fork. My mom made two meals of the buttermilk fried chicken breast burger. The piece of chicken was so big it kept sliding out the back of the bun and she said it had great flavor. Even the pickles are house-made, big jars of cucumbers, cauliflower, onions and carrots in tangy brine. The staff seem proud to be part of such a quality establishment and genuinely happy to help guests have the best experience. If I haven't gushed about my Acme Burger Co love enough yet, I also really like the versatility of the space. Date night calls for Champagne and Oysters on the patio. Families and groups can gather at the long wood tables with bench seating. If you want to watch a kitchen staff who knows how to serve-up quality slow-food tout suite, grab a seat at the bar-height tables in the back. Acme Burger recently opened up in Cotati located next to Oliver's market on East Cotati Avenue. I have tried numerous restaurants around Sonoma county and found this burger place to be one of the best I have been to. As a customer my guest and I were greeted with a friendly welcome allowing the environment to be enhanced. They pointed out the giant menu on the wall to the right allowing us to figure out what we wanted to eat before getting to the cash register. I had the chicken breast on a toasted bun with sauteed onions, mushrooms and cheese and boy was it tasty and moist. The food was prepared at a decent speed and we only spent about five minutes waiting. The portions were not extravagant, but they were big enough to fill you up before you left. The shoestring fries were excellent with not a lot of grease dripping off them. Definitely would recommend Acme Burger to anyone looking for a unique good place to eat. Finally an all around great burger place! Went last Sat and the parking lot of Oliver's Market was completely full. Once we finally snagged a spot, I noticed many people entering the restaurant ahead of us, so I was worried it would be crowded and a long wait. To my surprise, the inside is big and there is plenty of seating! We didn't have to scramble or worry at all. I ordered two burgers with many additions/customized and a kids meal. The food didn't take long and everything we asked for was correct. We really enjoyed our burgers although my youngest child thought his mini patty was a bit charred for his liking. It tasted fine to me and was not burnt. Tatar tots and onion rings were cooked perfectly. Maybe even the best onions rings I've had! Wish the ranch sauce was something homemade but we were still happy. The women at the register were kind and patient with everyone in line. All around a good experience and yummy food. Let me start by saying, my husband and I loved this place on their initial opening. The one star comes from the last and final experience. We ordered a double chicken sandwich and were served a raw chicken breast that was breaded and not brined so it tasted very hard like rubber texture with a strange taste. Having not discovered this till we got home, we had to pack the baby and turn back as both chicken breasts were almost impossible to bite through, let alone eat. Upon returning baby in hand and hungry we had to endure a BS story about "their factory giving them bad cuts of chicken"!??? That's where I draw the line as a customer, just own it! Your cooks should have not served the chicken, not only was it like a breaded dog toy but it could have got me or my husband sick. Super sad because we were looking forward to enjoying this place almost weekly. My recommendation, go to Superburger or Mike's at the crossroads both a stones throw away from this disappointment. read more
