It was agreed to have truck towed in which they took care of for a cost around $362.50 for a 22 minute haul.... Service Dept called me and gave me a cost of $1200.00 to repair the problem after they performed their diagnosis which included the tow.. I said yes.... 2 days later, they ask for $ 2,000.00 just to continue to diagnose and work on the truck... I said NO, that is ridiculous. We arraigned our own tow as they did not fix the truck in any way and the cost was... $ 150.00. I am not in the business to pay a shop to learn or teach employees how to work on a vehicle. OH YEAH, then they refuse to let the truck go unless we pay them $ 892.03.... We have to run a check to them to release the truck, is this like being held hostage....? STAY AWAY....... Jim Oakdale

They left my trailer unlock unsecured this was for sure an inside job considering they had no damage to there property. Even their cameras had poor quality recordings.

He is on his game, like no other. He follows up and keeps customers informed of pending orders and availability issues. On my first visit, I walked in and said "I am working on an Allis Chalmers forklift." I expected to be told that parts were no longer available. To my surprise, Dan asked for the serial number, and what I needed, and got right on the phone and had my parts a few days later. The best I could do on the internet was over $500 for a master cylinder and 2 wheel cylinders. Dan ordered and got the RIGHT parts for less than $200. I needed more parts for an other A/C forklift recently. I couldn't find some of the parts, but the ones I did were over $300. I called Dan, gave him the S/N and the list and picked up all my correct parts for $200. I won't be wasting my time looking up forklift parts on the web anymore. No updates, nothing. We got a price of $980 and even signed the form when we dropped off the boat. then after several calls. we finally get in and boat country turns around and says "$1150 or I take off the parts!" . Yes, the service manager said that. This service manager made a mistake and instead of owning up and fixing the issue, he threaten to take off all the parts. We are never coming here again. Issues not solved, panels not secured, trim panels still laying around. It is apparent to me that there is no maintenance supervision there. After a technician finishes the work, a supervisor should quality check his work before releasing it to the customer. Funny thing, talked to a friend who said they signed off his oil change but didn't do it.
