Caliber Collision changed that! From start to finish, they communicated clearly what was needed for repairs, costs, and timeline. If things changed they informed us. They were professional, polite, and less expensive than the other repair shop that was another option for us. One of their techs noticed something wasn't correct after the repair was supposed to have been done, and they quickly notified us about it and we were so thankful they did!
