The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

    CPUC Complaint Submitted…read more My problem started on 2-15-2016 when I called Time Warner seeking information about their Phone and Internet Service. Their salesman lied to me, I realized it, and within thirty minutes of signing up, I called back and cancelled. I was given a phony cancellation number, and when I actually begged to speak to their supervisor to straighten it all out, their salesperson would not put me through. Seven attempts and phone calls later it was finally resolved. Someone at Time Warner assured me that because I cancelled so quickly, within minutes of signing with them, the work order was never processed; my number was never ported to Time Warner from Verizon. This is what started the chain of events with Verizon that not only concerned me, but sickened me. I can honestly tell you that Verizon has sucked the life out of me! Since the date of 2-15-2016 Verizon had disconnected my phone. I could not dial out or receive calls. I explained the situation about Time Warner not porting my number, and the importance of me having a working phone in case of emergency for medical reasons. I was shuffled, without mercy, between Billing, Technical Support, Verizon Expediting, and their Elite Team, for hours, every single day, for the past two weeks. All the while, all I had to rely on was my inexpensive cell phone, of which I used up tons of minutes. I had trouble hearing, very bad reception, and the power kept going out. I am typing from my heart these words about Verizon, they tortured me! After two weeks of daily misery, they only restored my phone so I could dial out, but could not receive calls, which is just as important. I had been a loyal customer for many years since 1985. Bills paid before they are even due. I wish CPUC could see what Verizon put me through. After all these years of being a loyal customer and paying my bills on time, my phone was held hostage as Verizon continued its torment, playing mind games with me, and sending me a message that they still do not have enough information to process their new, much more expensive bundle I must pay for. I finally chose the least of two evils. I finally quit Verizon on March 1, 2016 and am now waiting for them to finish screwing me with their final bill. Of course they will probably not credit me with all the time I was without a phone! I was forced to choose between the lessor of two evils so I went with Time Warner. This is what happens to the innocent public when we are all forced to deal with Companies who are Monopolies and control our neighborhoods so that we either lump it or leave it without a phone!

We pay $75 per month for 30 MBPS down / 10MBPS up but only get 17MBPS down and 1.5MBPS up so we are switching to 100MBPS Starlink for $50 per month. All that Geolinks would have needed to do to keep us happy would have been deliver most of the bandwidth that we pay for somewhat consistently. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.

Attempts to get a human to help you on the rare occasion that you need some help is a thing of the past. I need not go over the time wasted on attempts, too much lost already! After all the effort to get a human to answer the simple question of how much Data was used by each line for the last 6 months, I was told they could only see the last 3 months! There is NO reason a person is not able to access their phone records for at least the last year...it appears that Verizon has done just that. Account history for over 3 months is just that...HISTORY! Because of this, Verizon is going to become HISTORY in my family! No more referrals from me either! Shame this is the way they take care of their long time customers!

I discussed with him that my phone wasn't receiving incoming calls. He pleasantly pulled up my account and explained possible troubleshooting issues that could be causing this problem. He resolved issue and also assisted me with applying my military discount to my account. I am 100% satisfied and my phone is in perfect working order now! I would definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Ronaldo to assist you too! Thank you! This gentleman is definitely an asset to Verizon!
