Overall, we were satisfied with our visit and thank you Marie for advising us about the tires!

When we showed up for our appointment, there was a lady at the front desk that said we did not have an appointment. She argued with my husband and said he did not call. She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! We have three vehicles and would have been great customers for them.

When I backed my car out of my garage the next day I was shocked to see a puddle of new oil on the floor, and upon further inspection the dipstick showed over filled! Since I had driven it immediately after the oil change I was concerned about my engine and took it to the dealership for a check up. Not only had the hacks at this Grease Monkey overfilled my engine, they had only hand tightened the oil filter and oil pan plug. Needless to say there was oil all over my engine, and dripping leaking all over the place. They did agree to refund the exorbitant price of their disastrous services, but when I pursued any compensation for having to take my car to a qualified garage for diagnosis, Grease Monkey's district manager proved to be a rude and ungracious sort, and placed all the blame on me.
