We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit and thank you Marie for advising us about the tires!

She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. Worst oil change (and most expensive, even with the coupon) in my considerable years of experience…read more Obviously a business intent on selling additional services and products, while completely ignoring the task at hand. When I backed my car out of my garage the next day I was shocked to see a puddle of new oil on the floor, and upon further inspection the dipstick showed over filled! Since I had driven it immediately after the oil change I was concerned about my engine and took it to the dealership for a check up. Not only had the hacks at this Grease Monkey overfilled my engine, they had only hand tightened the oil filter and oil pan plug. Needless to say there was oil all over my engine, and dripping leaking all over the place. They did agree to refund the exorbitant price of their disastrous services, but when I pursued any compensation for having to take my car to a qualified garage for diagnosis, Grease Monkey's district manager proved to be a rude and ungracious sort, and placed all the blame on me. I suppose he's right, in a sense - why did I ever darken their door? I certainly won't again. But if incompetence, unaccountability and astronomic prices are your cup of tea, then by all means, these are your guys.

I brought my own pair but I was fully prepared to pay for their own brake pads we put on. When they brought the estimate they told me that since they had looked at the vehicle and removed the calipers they could not release the vehicle to me because they thought it was too unsafe to drive . When I pressed them on the topic they said that they I had to replace the rotors as well as the brake pads and I could not just have the calipers put back on and gone on my way. I ended up having to pay over $500 for the repairs that I did not ask for. When I ask for a copy of the policy that they were making these decisions on the manager told me that they would not provide any copies of their policies and told me that I had two choices. Either they would have my car towed back to my property with all the parts taken off and that I could fix it myself or that I pay what they asked for. I wish I could give zero stars . I will never do business with them again.

The shop in Denver was trying to scam me into replacing a motherboard in it due to an error code and told me that my battery was also testing low. Together the repairs would have been around $1300. Manny and the Service Dept of Valley Motors took a look at the generator for me while I waited and discovered that the shop in Denver put it back together wrong. Once they got it back together correctly the error code went away. Then they retested the battery and discovered it was fine too. What seriously needed to be adjusted, and all the other shops missed, was the O2 sensor. Thanks so much for taking the extra time and effort to run down the problem and make fine tune adjustments my generator needed. Now its running great. Woohoo! Thanks to Service Dept for being honest, and good at your job. Much appreciation!
