When I got to the shop, it was the fifth place I had gotten a price quote from and I was feeling really overwhelmed after being told by everyone else it would cost $5,000 to paint my car that is probably only worth $6,000 if I were to sell it. Irregardless, nobody wants to drive a car covered in little dings and scratches. I met with Sam who was extremely honest and kind. He told me to take a look at the other cars they had just finished and if I liked the paint job they could do my entire car for under $1,000. He told me they only do one coat of paint here and it would likely last 4 years. And he even recommended if I wanted a higher quality paint job that their sister shop also run by someone in the family would likely paint my car for around $2,000 and do two coats, more attention to detail, etc. I'm not sure if other negative reviewers had a bad experience but I was impressed with the professionalism and extremely low quote I received. I may consider taking my car to the other shop he recommended, but in the past when we have just need scratches covered up San Cris did an excellent job and the cars looked good as new. These are honest people and I would definitely recommend talking to Sam if you need a paint job done as he will be sure to help you.

Your dealership was a welcome respite from my travels while the service technician fixed my tire and replaced the spare with the original tire and let me continue my journey to a funeral in Billings, MT. I would recommend your dealership to anyone in your area and will stop in again if and when I travel that way. Thank you!!! Bonnie L McNamara

I was told four separate times that they would call me; no calls ever came. Only times that I could get any sort of update was to physically go down to their shop. The owner told me he would try different strategies and call, but he never called. Several times both my wife and I called and they'd never answer, I left several messages. Finally went down and got my truck after the third week and one day. After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. Not very happy with service or the communication they provided. Definitely would not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time.

When I backed my car out of my garage the next day I was shocked to see a puddle of new oil on the floor, and upon further inspection the dipstick showed over filled! Since I had driven it immediately after the oil change I was concerned about my engine and took it to the dealership for a check up. Not only had the hacks at this Grease Monkey overfilled my engine, they had only hand tightened the oil filter and oil pan plug. Needless to say there was oil all over my engine, and dripping leaking all over the place. They did agree to refund the exorbitant price of their disastrous services, but when I pursued any compensation for having to take my car to a qualified garage for diagnosis, Grease Monkey's district manager proved to be a rude and ungracious sort, and placed all the blame on me. I suppose he's right, in a sense - why did I ever darken their door? I certainly won't again.
