We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit and thank you Marie for advising us about the tires!

She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them.
