We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit and thank you Marie for advising us about the tires!

When we showed up for our appointment, there was a lady at the front desk that said we did not have an appointment. She argued with my husband and said he did not call. She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! I was told four separate times that they would call me; no calls ever came. Only times that I could get any sort of update was to physically go down to their shop. The owner told me he would try different strategies and call, but he never called. Several times both my wife and I called and they'd never answer, I left several messages. Finally went down and got my truck after the third week and one day. After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. Not very happy with service or the communication they provided. Definitely would not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time.
