When I backed my car out of my garage the next day I was shocked to see a puddle of new oil on the floor, and upon further inspection the dipstick showed over filled! Since I had driven it immediately after the oil change I was concerned about my engine and took it to the dealership for a check up. Not only had the hacks at this Grease Monkey overfilled my engine, they had only hand tightened the oil filter and oil pan plug. Needless to say there was oil all over my engine, and dripping leaking all over the place. They did agree to refund the exorbitant price of their disastrous services, but when I pursued any compensation for having to take my car to a qualified garage for diagnosis, Grease Monkey's district manager proved to be a rude and ungracious sort, and placed all the blame on me. I suppose he's right, in a sense - why did I ever darken their door? I certainly won't again. But if incompetence, unaccountability and astronomic prices are your cup of tea, then by all means, these are your guys.

They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left.
