They should had made it right without hesitation knowing they were wrong but sales guy and manager treated me like another number. I was told four separate times that they would call me; no calls ever came. Only times that I could get any sort of update was to physically go down to their shop. The owner told me he would try different strategies and call, but he never called. Several times both my wife and I called and they'd never answer, I left several messages. Finally went down and got my truck after the third week and one day. After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. Not very happy with service or the communication they provided. Definitely would not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time.
