What seemed as a simple fix (replacing a top shingle that blew off from a recent rain with strong winds) turned into a complete roof replacement. Mike took his time to explain what he and his team discovered wrong and the appropriate steps that should be taken to ensure that the work to replace the roof is up to building code. He was very genuine, empathized with us and tried to work with us to see if he could keep the costs fair. The whole experience was great; Mike and his employees are very nice, efficient, and fast. He takes pride in his work, will never compromise or cut corners to cut costs, and ensures that things are done to code. We are very happy with the end result and the overall work done by his company. It gave us confidence that our roof was built up to code, will handle heavy rain, and is under warranty (both manufacture and workmanship). When they visited to back their warranty they continue to say they find no seams that need repair however, this leaked was never there before they fully replaced my roof. DO NOT USE DONERITE. *Update* Another came and inspected the roof saying it was so badly patched together it was bound to have leaks. He said a solid piece of rubber needs to be put done to cover all the mini patches and adhesion issues. Also, like another reviewer said, when they installed my roof, during mid job they asked for thousands for extra plywood. I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

We had three different professional companies check out the poor work and say that the products that were used were not up to industry standard, and that the work was done by an unprofessional. The chimney still leaks and the roof is still missing tiles. I ended up taking them to court and won by default because I'm sure you guessed they did not show. We are out $4000+ The owner of the company is Arbor Domi and his name was never mentioned, but I found him through the state of New Jersey the office of consumer affairs. There are three different locations in two different counties. Very shady practices, and you should stay away.
