Disappointed with my experience at The Good Feet Store in Sandy, Utah…read more I went to the Good Feet Store in Sandy on Monday, October 13, 2025, hoping to get some relief for my hurting feet. The customer service was friendly and the staff seemed nice, but unfortunately, the product did not work for me at all. After using the inserts, not only do my feet still hurt, but now my lower and upper back hurt as well. I've had the worst two nights of pain since wearing them. The lady who helped me told me I had a 60-day trial, but the purchasing process felt rushed and confusing. They had me fill out a store credit application and told me to "sign here and here" without giving me a chance to read the store's purchase contract. She quickly printed it, folded it, and told me to come back in 60 days -- I didn't even get to understand what I was signing. I was also disappointed to find out that the insoles are mass-produced, not custom-made, yet they cost almost $2,500. For that price, I expected a personalized product or at least something that didn't cause me more pain. I'll be going back today, Wednesday, October 16, 2025, to ask for my money back because I honestly don't think my body can handle 60 days of this "trial." I would recommend anyone considering this store to be very careful.

That is a lot of money for some plastic inserts. If I was seriously suffering I would consider it but short of that I'll stick with the $50 Dr. Sholes inserts. You can use your HSA for this purchase but I have a hard time justifying the cost for what I am getting. They also mentioned a payment plan/financing - A payment plan for shoe inserts..... ouch!

Without ANY preparation whatsoever dr. Bauer brutally and quickly cut my nails and smoothed them, In the process hurting one of my toes. The whole appointment took less than 10 minutes. I asked him about my thickened toenails, he said chemical treatment might help, but he did not offer such. Regarding my calluses he said he will look at them in 3 months. That will not happen.The office ambiance and the doctor's attitude was "we get your insurance money" and do absolute minimum for that. I cannot imagine that any other podiatrist would handle this kind of visit in such abrupt manner. Do not recommend this office and this doctor.

At first, Brad W is pretty responsive, and providing his status of when he would get back to me if he needs anything else. He even had his assistant to call me to let me know that they are working to get my mom's sleep prescription from the doctor. After a couple weeks, when I followed up with Brad and the assistant, they didn't return my call nor reply to my email.. If they can't do it, it would expect they let me know so I can find other vendors. They have wasted me a month that I could have worked with other vendor to get supplies for my mom.
