Needed some pans and wanted Volrath. You can't buy them anywhere but a restaurant supply store..... or a county fair, sometimes. Went in there- found a few pieces I wanted but another was out of stock. Lisa, one of the associates, was so friendly and quick to help me out. She told me when they'd get one in, said she'd hold it for me, and recommended which day to pick up to take advantage of an upcoming sale! Very cool. Huge selection- really helpful staff. Will definitely be back and likely purchase too many things like I did both times I've gone so far! It's ok. Worth it. read more

TLDR: Even if your kitchen isn't the size of a restaurant, this is very worth checking out! Ace Mart surprised me with its wide variety of kitchen utensils, pans, and gadgets. I was under the (incorrect) impression that you needed a wholesaler's or restauranteur's license to purchase things here - not so. They also have chest freezers, gas stoves, even popcorn machines! Found a higher quality baking pan than at your typical big box store, as well as a specific kind of tongs I was looking for - something with silicone tips that can pick up ramekins. Highly recommend you check this place out! read more

Awesome! I've shopped here for various items - so many cool gadgets for those of us not in the restaurant biz. I had a fridge on the fritz and needed a thermometer one time. I felt better getting one here than ordering online. My first thought was a big box store, but they were out of stock. Then I remembered this place. I walked out with much more than a thermometer! Prices are really great, too! read more

Definitely love getting my kitchen essentials here for how helpful and the variety they have here. We have church events and here is the place we look forwards to when getting ready for them. Love getting also the syrup for our sale of ice cones and other items we need. read more

I purchased a $2,800 refrigerator for my company from AceMart about a year and a half ago. I am now having problems with it for the second time. When you call AceMart about having someone come out to service it, they immediately refer you to an outside company that is equally of no help whatsoever. Customer service with AceMart is quite literally non-existent. I won't be buying from this company ever again. read more

This is a fun store to browse if you need supplies for kitchen, bathroom, and/or office. The products are excellent quality to hold up to use, hence the name restaurant supply. I purchased baking sheets for cookies 10 years ago and they are still in great shape. The price were cheaper than Walmart. I still have my tempered glass drinking cups. On my second box because I keep dropping them. Most of them don't break when dropped, but the glass after years of use get a cloudy film inside. Great selection of pans, knives, cutting boards, to go containers. Pretty much anything you need for the kitchen. The employees are so helpful. I was looking for papertowel rolls from my automatic dispenser. They did not have the items, but the young man behind the counter gave me a list of recommended local suppliers that might have the item. That was so kind of them. read more

I love this place. The staff is awesome & always happy to help whether it's in person or over the phone. The selection & prices are great. Definitely prefer this to the fancy retail places for the basics and for hard-working kitchen gear. read more

The staff here at this location is always friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. A lady who has a long hair, a bit curly, with glasses is especially friendly. Kelly could be her name. She insisted to help with taking my purchase to the car. Has a nice big smile, making conversation. She is great. Ace mart is lucky yo have her in the team. read more

I was throwing my annual Holiday shindig, and I needed some serious kitchen horsepower. Hey, I made 42 DOZEN tamales one day - when I cook I get serious! That means restaurant supply. The folks at Ace recognized me as just a guy and not a business. They greeted me, asked if I needed help, and then left me alone to wander the place. I like that. See to my needs then leave me alone. When I had a question the folks were easy to find and friendly. Two chafing dishes, cups, to go cups, foil, sterno and a trunk full of assorted other stuff loaded into the basket and we were good to go. They even offered to take it to my car for me. (Although the lady admitted it is because if they don't bring the baskets right back in the store they tend to get "repurposed" by folks around there - I thought that was really funny) Not the best neighborhood, but the people inside are great. If you are looking for kitchen gadgets go here first. It isn't always as ruby red or cobalt blue as you could find somewhere else, but if you are looking for extremely functional, well priced, and good support staff Ace is it. read more

I did t buy anything from here. the customer service was amazing!! Definitely go hit them up.

For Christmas this year my coworkers are getting homemeade Kahlua, Limoncello, or Limecello. Of course, I have a whole lot of co-workers so everyone is not getting big bottles! What to do? Go to Ace Mart! As soon as I walked in the door the cashier at the front asked how I was doing and could she help me find anything. I told her what I was looking for and she steared me towards the salsa bottles. I picked up a couple of cases and proceeded to walk around the store. This place has everything you would need for your kitchen....and then some! When I have more time I'm going back just to look at all the cool stuff. Every employee I encountered was so friendly and helpful! Great place. I picked up 5oz bottles for $12 for a case of 12. I bought two! Once I crochet some covers for these they are going to be awesome gifts! read more

So, truth be told we came in here for the small cups to make Jello Shots!!!! I know, I know my college days are way over but, my neighbor was having a birthday party for someone who was turning 21! The store is very spacious and it seems like they could definitely carry more merchandise as half of their floor space is unused! They have 3 registers but, there was not a line by any means. They did have the cup and the lids and I think we walked out for $7.53 total! I love restaurant supply stores that serve the public as well as businesses! read more

Brian greeted me as I walked in the door, then proceeded to help me find exactly what I was looking for! Though they were not in stock of the number of items my work had asked me to grab, he went to great lengths checking back stock, calling another location, and helping me troubleshoot. Such a helpful guy! read more

I don't have a whole lot to say about this place, only having popped in to pick up 1,5 oz souffle cups for Jello shots, But I was struck immediately as I walked in by the cleanliness, and sense of order and organization of this place. In California, I used to go to Smart & Final, which I always thought one day I'd actually get smart, and make it my final visit there. Ace Mart, after I spent two minutes here, completely blows away Smart & Final. On occasion, I need items and supplies that only a professional restaurant supply company can provide, and I'll make sure I revisit Ace Mart. read more

I went to this location today and could not have been happier. I found some bowls I wanted on the website and it indicated that they had some at this location. They helped me right away get a box of the bowls and then they helped me gleefully spend more of my money. I have not gotten service this good in a store in so long. read more

This was my favorite place to shop for party goods when I lived in Houston. It was great fun to have access to a restaurant supply store without a restaurant license read more

Customer service stinks. They wouldn't replace $10 worth of stainless steel flatware - that was stamped with their name/brand - that rusted. The guy in charge said that's what happens when metal gets wet! Hah! Go to Lone Star Restaurant Supply on 51st St instead! read more

I love this place everyone is so friendly and helpful when you need help. If you call and have a question they help you out by looking to see if they got a item and let you know how much it is..Thanks Ace Mart read more

a good place to hit up for certain kitchen supplies. pizza cutter, interesting bowls, tortilla warmers, huge spoons. worth a look around and prices are somewhat reasonable - some down right ridiculous. worth a look about. read more

Excellent Selection of supplies and wonderful service. It is rare these days to find a place with that winning combo. While we shopped we had several questions...we never had to go look for someone to answer our questions since we were approached more than once by courteous employees who not only answered our questions but took the time to walk us over to what we were looking for. They also keep a record of your purchases so in case you ever need to reference anything they have it documented. They will definitely have our business again!!! read more

Cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone here is all pro and no pony show. Riki and Brian where a pleasure to deal with and more friendly than anyone could ever expect, plus they had all kinds of restaurant shelving, which was exactly what I needed. They will even help you load your car if you need a hand. read more
